Understand it was a holiday order - however the order turnaround time was extremely slow....from the time the order was placed until the package was in FedEx's possession.
This was my first time ordering from Folsom Wine & Spirits. I had ordered the same item for a relative’s birthday from another supplier (which never got shipped) and it was night and day. After reading Folsom Wine & Spirits review's on Trustpilot, I was satisfied that I was on the right track. Folsom was very responsive and their communications were excellent and unsurpassed. I had a few questions and they responded quickly. The whole process was seamless and flawless. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy rare high end spirits.

Ordered the day after Thanksgiving (11/29) and my merchandise didn't leave your facility until 12/13. Arrived 12/18. Of the 5 bottles I ordered, 2 were wrong. The cost difference was negligible so I didn't even bother complaining. I doubt if I will ever order from you again.
