There was an issue with the shipper…
There was an issue with the shipper that reported the package was delivered when it was not. Folsom sent a new bottle promptly which was received, and then the first bottle mysteriously arrived. I offered to pay for the second bottle, but Folsom said it was okay. Great customer service!

Christmas Gift for Valentine's Day
It was a bit of a nightmare getting my shipment. The package went from CA, to NY, back to CA, and back to NY again. Folsom updated my shipping address to my work address without issue, I got my Christmas gift just in time for Valentine's Day, but it was the delivery service's fault! I'd buy from them again!
