Product never delivered. They are passing the buck as usual. Don't order from them. You wont get it.

Company has bad customer service. Only deals with email. Some people don't use email. Should be a phone # where you can communicate with someone.

I ordered my dad dodgers slippers that were unfortunately stolen from my porch. With the holidays being right around the corner, I was busy getting other things taken care of and wasn’t able to send an email until a couple days ago. FOCO was very helpful and persistent with helping find a solution. They were generous enough to understand my frustration and sent me the gift again along with next day shipping. I am very grateful for their kindness and will not hesitate to shop here again.
Customer service was Top notch!. The order got goofed up, I notified them and they rectified the situation immediately.
Customer service was almost instantaneous even outside of their posted business hours. My shipping address was wrong (my fault) and they made sure we got the package in time for Xmas. George in particular was great.
Had questions about sizing for an item and then receiving my 10%. Both issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Felicia was pleasant to work with. I would us this website again.
Do not buy FOCO lego sets!!!! Especially the NFL helmets and stadiums !! The pieces are so so small and almost impossible to build . Adults have to help and they struggle . They are so expensive and a total waste of money . Please beware .

Awesome customer service! I placed an order, and apparently I picked the wrong team:/ Emailed them, and they cancelled my order for me:) Although they didn’t have my size for the correct team, I appreciate them responding so quickly and fixing my mistake! From this experience, I would say they are a great company! I’ll be doing business with them in the future!

I contacted FOCO customer service to find and purchase a replacement lid for a new tumbler. My son had dropped the cup, and broke the handle. FOCO customer service replaced the lid free of charge. Great communication throughout the process, and the lid was replaced within a week.

Amazing customer service. My phone auto filled my address with my old one and I only noticed after I confirmed the order. I emailed them straight away and they responded within 10 minutes and they sorted the issue straight away. Could not recommend more

I received my order of a Tottenham Hotspur chopping board very quickly. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the etching on it. I contacted customer service and received a reply very quickly asking for a photo of the board. Customer services agreed it wasn't up to standard and immediately sent another which I was happy with. It's my second order and I wouldnt hesitate to order again. Thankyou Freya at customer services.
