I ordered my dad dodgers slippers that were unfortunately stolen from my porch. With the holidays being right around the corner, I was busy getting other things taken care of and wasn’t able to send an email until a couple days ago. FOCO was very helpful and persistent with helping find a solution. They were generous enough to understand my frustration and sent me the gift again along with next day shipping.
