Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged Β£45 (plus enterprise tried to take another Β£105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage.

A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised theyβd fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
My son had an accident mid January and unfortunately this company are the approved repairers, they advised the car would be taken in end feb, chased and chased then booked it for mid March then cancelled the night before and now the best they can do is mid April, absolute disgrace avoid avoid avoid
After recently being hit by an unexperienced teen, my insurance company had sent out FMG repair services and a lovely friendly man named Gary came in a van early in the morning, set up an inflatable workshop and he worked on my bump and scratches and made it look brand new. Amazing.
After a long delay in waiting for parts. FMG based in Formby Merseyside have been fantastic. Kept in regular touch throughout the whole process. Very open honest & friendly and I got my car back earlier than initially told. Ged & his team go the extra mile & although I hope I donβt have to use them again I would not hesitate to recommend anyone in the area to give them a call

My experience was brilliant from picking my car up to returning my car. Curtesy car brilliant. I was kept up to date with repair work. Car brought back valeted and repair job brilliant. Staff also very polite.
Really good service from the team at Barnstaple - with a big shout out to Rebecca, who's organisation and regular updates took all the stress out of the process. When so many companies and teams are cutting back on staff and service (the rest of my claim process was a shambles) it was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with FMG Barnstaple.

FMG were excellent in all respects, including collecting and delivering the car and providing a courtesy car, with superb communications. All staff were helpful and knowledgable.The car was returned beautifully cleaned and the repairs invisible.
