Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage.

A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.
All in all a 5* experience, would highly recommend! Remember folks you absolutely do get what you pay for with FMG!

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
Car was returned with the drivers grab handle hanging off. Garage would not accept responsibility. Not wanting to return to the garage at the time, i repaired this myself.
Repair was not carried out as advised by the garage. That included wheel refurb and new tyre which were hit in the crash. I had to return the vehicle for the tyre to be swapped due to it being unsafe.
What i can only assume to be overspray, noticed on wheel (primer colour)!! Will sort myself.
Noticed a week later the new moulding isnt glued properly to the body work and is pulling away, also collecting debris. Again, will sort this myself.
During the complaint process, communication was poor, slow response to calls and emails. I had essentially become the inconvenience!

My car was collected at an arranged time and the repairs were carried out very efficiently and within a much shorted time scale than initially expected. Thanks to Donna in customer services.
i would not recomend this company or use them again.
i had my car repaired here on insurance and a couple of days later from getting it back the body trim popped off when the trim was take off only half the clips had been used and most was broken, i then purchased the clips and sorted myself as i didnt want to send my car back there.
i emailed them and was told they would pay for the clips and here we are 6 weeks on and nothing, and when i email them i dont get a reply now.
very poor service and customer care is even worse

Ignore positive reviews. Nothing but stress for more than 3 months and I had to make at least 3 phone calls a week. They've now collected my broken car and refused to give me details so I could transfer ownership of vehicle despite the DVLA confirming this is the process. Now paying road tax for a broken car I no longer own. Customer service are clueless and no help whatsoever and continuously hang up the phone.
My car was authorised for repair by Auxillis in December 2022 to be repaired by FMG Benfleet, Essex. To change bumper and repaint scratched area below the door on the trim.
It took them until end of Feb to get the part that was needed (a bumper).
On receiving the car they said they had down to do a wing mirror and bumper (nothing on wing mirror authorised or required). Had to correct them.
They then told me that they needed to order another part for the bumper as a bracket was broken. Can’t be sure if it was broken when they got it or they broke it when taking it off. However, either way the repair was now going to be delayed further.
With this delay I had a loan car which came with a broken wiper and couldn’t be driven in the rain as you couldn’t see anything. They made no attempt to sort this until 3 weeks of my car being with them and me complaining over and over.
They then completed all repairs on week 3 and on putting the car back together they managed to break a bracket in the door handle which has resulted in another week without my car with no date on when I’ll get it back at time of writing.
They have offered nothing as goodwill/compensation for the inconvenience.
As a result of the delays now going into 1 month without my car I have incurred costs which include extended lease charges and loss of work.
I had no choice but to use them as it was provide by my insurance but if you can I would avoid.
To improve customer service they really need to work on offering clients solutions and looking at what they can do rather than focusing on telling the customer what they can’t.
They may also want to look at ways of getting a faster turn around time on getting parts in. It’s really not acceptable to keep a customer without a car for a month or longer over a very simple repair.
Contacted by FMG to repair car after 3rd party insurance claim. Car was collected and returned as promised after minor repair. Good all round service and communication.

FMG in Hull repaired my car and did the job quickly and efficiently.The car went in for repair late Wednesday,I had it back the following Tuesday morning not only repaired but thoroughly cleaned too.I would highly recommend them.
