Professional, prompt, friendly service from start to finish would highly recommend

I’ve paid a very substantial sum of money to First Home Improvements. Unfortunately thousands of pounds. They are very good at calling on the phone and calling at your doorstep uninvited. The estimated time as per contract was supposed to be a matter of weeks. It will be soon 1 year since And it looks likely that this mob will never fit a window. Robert

Brilliant overall experience from start to finish. We had David Iddon and Ian Gill fit our new windows and front door/ porch. They were absolutely fantastic, really friendly and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. So happy with how the front of my house looks now.

The excellent fitters I had today were Ifti Hussain, Alan Roskell, Jamie Poultion, and Leon Prescott. They were all so friendly and efficient. My windows and doors look amazing, and Ifti showed me how to use all of them. I will 100% recommend it to all my family and friends who need new windows.

Let me start by saying really lovely windows. But I'm going to be very honest. The sales team was very pushy and stayed far to long and late into the evening. (We have young children) The guy was nice enough but far too pushy! And his manager was the same on the phone. They got our order wrong and although they had quoted for all the windows we had asked for on the night. Conveniently when the surveyor came to measure up there was a window missing on the order, which have had to pay for on top. The surveyor was a very nice guy. The scaffolding arrived the day before. On the day Ryan and Oliver came to fit our windows. Both guys were very nice, courteous and respectful. They did a lovely job fitting the windows and cleared up after. The scaffolding was removed very quickly the day after as we requested has it was blocking our sky dish. Very happy with their response time to emails. Over all happy, just not keen on the way they approach sales.

I was so happy to get the work done it all looked so much smarter. The lads that did the work were nice and just got on. All very good I would use this company again and recommend them.

Overpriced

Had a good experience overall. Charlie who provided consultation on our door replacement was thorough and friendly. He didn't push for sales and got us as good a deal as possible. The installation was from their own team and Ryan and Oliver did a great job removing our old door and installing the new one. They were quick and professional. The new door looks amazing - better than we had expected! Solid, perfect size, colour spot on. will definitely use them again.

The men very friendly and good at their jobs.

Excellent service. The agent was friendly and helpful throughout the process of choosing the new front door. On the day of work I received a phone call from the fitters informing me of the time they would be arriving, and the work was carried efficiently and timely. I would definitely recommend First Home Improvements.

Good quality windows and doors, excellent thermal efficiency, these are top of the range Windows, expensive but worth every penny, you get what you pay for, buy cheap buy twice.and these come with a twelve year guarantee, first home improvement is a well established company.

We were already aware of the quality of the fittings, having had a new door and porch window installed a few months ago. This time we settled for new downstairs windows. On the day we were informed in advance that the fitters were on their way. When they arrived they set about their work immediately, making sure to protect carpets, and finished earlier than we had expected. They explained how everything worked and left all tidy and clean. Basil gave us a very clear picture of First Home Improvement's products which indicated long term economy and aesthetics. He was efficient in measuring and mindful of the time window we had for his visit.we look forward to the installation.

Good experience from prior to installation. Sales team were very helpful, friendly without being pushy. Installation went very smoothly and with very little disruption. We are very pleased with the door and the windows. They are attractive, secure and provide additional insulation. We had a snag with the door lock and the business responded on the same day.

General all round good experience, efficient company with great windows. Bruno the salesman was very passionate about his windows! Not so keen on some of the sales techniques but happy with our end price for windows- reasonable. The fitters Jamie Jerkovic and Jack Cunneen were excellent They arrived on time, fitted the windows quickly and expertly, being polite and courteous at all times and leaving no mess at all. Really pleased with the end result

Excellent service and great product

Beginning with an initial visit from Basil, the sales person, to the installation of new Bay Windows everything has been problem free. The fitters Mark and Scott were respectful and professional. They worked well together, leaving all areas tidy and new windows looking brilliant. The Management Team kept me informed at all times, which I fully appreciated. Everything has gone like clockwork from start to finish, I can definitely feel the room is warmer, quieter and most importantly, safer. I can thoroughly recommend First Home Improvements as a First Class Building Company who care about their customers and their good reputation, Thank You.

We had our windows fitted March 6th '25 by John Donavan and Kevin Kelsey who were brilliant. Quick, no fuss and cleaned up after themselves great. The salesman Sami was also very good, answered any quesstions. Told us exactly how things worked and what it involved. The surveyor was also very good as he advised us on 1 or 2 things we weren,t sure about. Very good all round very happy with time it took and how they look.

Right from the sales team to the fitters they were very professional and very friendly. Even after the fit has been done you get a curiosity call to make sure you are happy with everything, High recommend this company
