The product and installation are amazing, I couldn’t be happier with the experience, thanks to Arron and Allan. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, worked diligently and ensured that everything was installed to the highest standard. Had some issues through the sales process and admin side, but overall I’m happy with my new windows and would recommend.

We had all the windows and front and back doors installed by Andrew and Aaron. Great lads who are very professional have done a great job. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and kept our house clean and tidy as they worked. They made the whole process completely stress free for us and our new windows and doors look fantastic too. Thank you so much Andrew and Aaron for doing such a fab job! Absolutely incredible service from the sale people to the final installation. The company took such good care of me and now I have beautiful windows and doors. The gentleman that came to sort out my problem Jade Downs service engineer was very good and polite.

Mis sold products by salesman regarding finance so having to pay £7,000 interest charge when we have paid a 10 year loan in 1 year, not good customer service, salesman wouldn't leave without a sale really bad experience and products are not that great either would not recommend.

We had Alison and Tristan round to fit our doors and windows and what a great team! They were super efficient and no time was wasted in getting the job done. We were very impressed as well by the finish of the work and also how tidy they left all areas they worked in. Time was taken at the end to go through any queries we had and to check we were happy. We would happily recommend these 2 to fit our neighbours' doors and windows. Since having our windows and doors fitted on 7/3/25, the after sales care has been thorough, friendly and professional. There was a fitting for our French doors not included on the fitters’ paperwork and this has been very simple to sort out. We met the installation manager Darren, who came to check the installations. He also answered questions we had which arose from the sales person, where information was at times not quite as informed as it should have been. All in all, very happy with the final product and end result. Would recommend this company for quality work.

The new door and window are amazing. The craftsmanship is superb. The Garage feels more secure and looks so much better. The team was very professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with this purchase!

I am very pleased with my new door. The whole process was easy and the installers Justin and Finley were very good and left everywhere clean and tidy.

I had three double glazing windows and a front door replaced. The new front door was installed 19/03/2025 by Kieron Ciechoniak. He gave attention to all the necessary details. Direct advise installation prior and on the day. A surveyor comes and checks before and after the installation. They answer all enquires

It is rear to me engineers commit to a excellent job, and cleared up afterwards as well. I have had bad experience with builders in the past.

The windows look lovely, and the 2 people that installed all of our windows were very polite & tidy.
