Myself and husband were very pleased with the hole process of getting our new windows, from start to finish we were never put under any pressure, we felt very comfortable when choosing what windows we wanted and how many ect, the workmen were all friendly and tidied as they worked,

Very good service, windows were installed in a day a few weeks ago, I'm incredibly pleased with the final product

I received an assessment by a window fitter. He was thorough and polite but I will not be using this company for two reasons. 1 The company refused to give me a written quotation, or to email me one. I was expected to remember and keep a note of it, should I wish to proceed at a,later date. What guarantee is there that a note, hand-written by me will be honoured in 6 months time? 2. I discovered after the interview/assessment that our conversation was recorded. I was told this by someone who rang a couple. of days later. I was not informed at the time that I was being recorded. Is it legal to record someone's conversation without their consent?

The process was easy from start to finish. Fitting team arrived on time. They were curtious and great to get on with. Steve and tadas were quick and very tidy. Cleared the area after fitting was complete. A great experience. Would recommend very highly. A great job done. Our new door looks great.

This just went from bad to worse! To start with the sales lady arrived 20 minutes late, no message to advise. Then started the "sales techniques" wanting to know where my husband was and perhaps we should make another appointment when he was available! Then eventually the quote, for 2 bay windows (that's 10 standard panes) plus 1 large-ish downstairs window and 2 small bathroom windows.........£48k! Then another trick........we can give you some marketing money if we can put our sign up, but to qualify I need you to sign up today! Obviously trained in the 1980s. What a joke of a company. Avoid at all cost.

Rich W just installed today two windows and one front door. Very professional and very pleased with his work . I would definitely call again if I needed in the future .

The instillation team was professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and left my home spotless when they were done. The quality of workmanship was top-notch. Every window was installed with precision, and the finished product looks fantastic.

The fact that John and Conor covered every thing down before they started work just got on with work even with it raining and it all looked good when finished

My window handles and front door needed some attention. Jade,the service engineer sent to correct these was very helpful, polite,and nothing was too much trouble for him. My windows are 5yrs old and Jade has been sent before for minor issues, I would not hesitate in recommending first home improvements as I am very pleased with my windows and doors and Jade is an asset to their team. Replacement Door and Window Overall an excellent result. Kiernon was a credit to you. Very thorough, clean and tidy throughout - very professional. Also, pleasant - easy to talk to and explained questions fully. My wife and I are both very pleased with the result.

We used Firsthome last year who installed new front and back doors and we decided to get a quote for a conservatory. The professional surveyor Craig spent several hours measuring and sketching and suppled the local authority with comprehensive plans etc, which sailed through the planning office. The work took place quickly after approval, with old structure removed, the ground work done, the rest of the work done by Damien and Chris both professional and also kept us updated as the work progressed, especially when our 2-dogs examined their work as well, they also cleaned up after themselves each day. We are very pleased with the quality of materials used and have no hesitation in recommending Firsthome

Very friendly sales people, engineers brilliant, had a slight problem with one of my windows, and this was sorted with just an e-mail, friendly, helpful, tidy, RECOMMENDED HIGHLY….

Excellent service

Great overall experience from First Home Improvements when we recently had our windows and French doors replaced. We were kept up to date from start to finish and job completed within timescale. Our installation was completed by Jamie Jerkovic & Jack Cunneen who were polite, courteous and excellent workers. We would highly recommend.

Had a problem with the barrel on my front door. Rang the company, was told an engineer would be with me within the hour (perfect). Jade arrived & sorted the issue promptly & professionally. He left me with a new lock & keys.

We have used this company for several windows in the past and therefore had no hesitation when our flat roof needed to be changed and we chose fibreglass. We have just had the pleasure of Peter Playford working on our roof. What an outstanding, professional, hard working and polite and happy young man. The week’s weather was unkind, lots of rain, snow and ice! Yet he was able to work through this whilst keeping everything covered so it didn't spoil. Brilliant work Peter. Recommend you to anyone! Another shout out to Mark Taylor who sorted a few inside jobs and once again was very polite and professional. We are sure the finalising team next week will also be a good team too. Roy and Annie

We are very pleased with the whole service we received from First Home Improvements. Daniel the salesman was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us and going through the final order. The fitters were very professional and a joy to have around. We had 10 new windows fitted & were extremely pleased with the end result and their expertise in seeing the job through. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This is the third major work undertaken for us and on all occasions our experiences have been very good. David & Sam carried out our most recent work and they were, professional, knowledgable and friendly. My wife and I are verryhappy with the work done.
