Jade came to repair the scuffing on the composite door we had fitted last year. He did a rapid, perfect job and the door looks as good as new! Thank you very much!

The team who worked on the soffits etc worked well together despite difficulties with parking. The lorry was too long to go on my driveway, so had to park on the other side of the road. They tidied up quite well after themselves. including where the wind had blown rubbish on to next door's garden. They were always very polite.

I was allocated 2 days for the windows to be put in, it was done in one long day, the job was not to my satisfaction and the fitters had to come back another day to make good to my satisfaction, I am pleased with the result and glad I had it done, thanks.

Even though this was the highest quote compared to others, I thought it was the case of you pay for what you get, so thought pay the extra and get better quality and service, I was wrong, damage and marks on both doors I had fitted, loads of messy pvc and silicone stuck around the doors, some had extra cut off parts stuck to hide damage which looks even worse, locks stiff and difficult to lock, doors squeaky less than a week after fitting, and was left with a lot of clean up to do including cleaning the windows as loads of smears on it. waited a couple of weeks for someone to come out to sort locks, they said something on the door had been fitted incorrectly, one door lock still hard to lock but other door seems OK. Even though i was not happy with the doors I was still being contacted for more work through them. Not happy with the price I paid and the quality received.

Excellent workers they worked very hard and after a long journey to get here they set up really quickly and worked so well together very efficiently.

The company representatives were very professional and helpful at all stages from initial approach to installation. An excellent product and I was able to make an alteration in the order before it was finalised and installed

From the initial consultation to the survey and installation, every employee I encountered was friendly, polite and professional. The installer Jaz was particularly thorough and helpful.

Various problems during fitting which caused damage to my home and property. Second installers visited a month later to correct the shoddy initial install. Its since taken 6 months for them to start to compensate me for the damage caused to my property, they have refused to accept responsibility for damage caused by their installer (based on his word alone and no evidence he ensured my property was protected during install), not acknowledged the time or stress the complaints process has caused me then referred me to an external organisation if I wasn't happy with the final outcome. The external organisation doesn't help with complaints. I've wasted hours attempting to get a fair solution and compensation, which has still yet to be achieved. I've been really disappointed with the whole process and level of customer service, I was expecting more when they are trying to appear as a premium company offering a premium product.

Front and back door installed. Information and arrangements ahead of install was good. Install completed as expected and had a call and visit from a senior person to check all was well. Happy with the new doors.

They were on time, polite,efficient,explained what they were doing etc.and left everything clean and tidy.

Very good quality work very professional staff, very friendly people. My only criticism would be the delayed starting time by a few weeks.

From contract date to completion F H I were courteous, helpful and kept to their date. The fitters were the same , quick and very tidy. Advising us if and when there were any problems arising.

Our replacement windows fitted by Dave Twine & Richard Warner, great guys, polite, knowledgeable, listened to our questions and requests and came up with good solutions. First class finish in super quick time, A1++++

This is the second time we’ve used the company and the service is second to none. The fitter, Mike, was courteous and efficient and he worked very neatly and was very considerate. Work is always checked by a manager before the work is signed off. We are very happy with the work done and the high quality of the windows.

They came to quote for 4 windows and a front door and the quote was 16000 then I said I need to think about it it changed to 13000 then down to 9500 next day it went to 8000 I’ve now had 2 more quotes from other companies both 4000 so total scammers so be warned.

We have just had a new door fitted by Mike Taylor, who has done an excellent job. He was very polite & helpful. Many thanks to First Home Improvements.
