Very customer based. These guys made it extremely easy and seamless from start to finish to to mention great prices. Our window fitters on the 2 days were Carl Cheeseman, James Hamilton and Jack Walker. These guys were incredible, caring efficient and not to mention great humour, absolute credit to their trade.

Had new front door and windows installed a few days ago. The installers Jamie Poulton and Harry Gill were excellent. They arrived on time, were very polite and worked really hard all day and tidied up everything when they finished. We found the sales team to be very pushy, but that is their job. We couldn’t fault the installers or the finished product.
Darren arrived on time and he introduced himself and started the job on time. He was very efficient, a tidy worker and polite. He cleared up everything when finished and left it spotless. Would thoroughly recommend him and this Company.
The whole process went very smooth. From the pricing, to the safety considerations with electric and phone, to the workers, Edd & Jay. Great pair if guys, very efficient, friendly and did an excellent job replacing our guttering and facias.
The whole process could not be faulted, from the initial visit from Bruno when he expertly explained everything and demonstrated how everything worked, explaining payment options etc, the surveyors visit (Mark) when he recommended we change one window type to make it easier to use, the installation team Tony and Mark who despite having to work in extremely hot weather carried out a fantastic installation in a very good time and left virtually no mess or repairs to have to carry out.
* SHOUT OUT TO JADE DOWNS, THIS GUY DESERVES A PAY RISE!!!! * I've had my doors and windows (full replacement) for almost 3 years and on installation had an issue with the kitchen window not closing properly - Jade was sent, had the problem sorted in no time and i haven't had an issue since! I've recently been having issues with the front door whereby the key was getting stuck in the lock and being extremely difficult to pull out. Again Jade was sent back out in January, had a quick look, messed with the mechanism a bit and oiled it, all back to normal! Again, in no time! It started playing up again recently so i contacted the friendly customer service team and Jade was sent out again! I explained to him how frustrated i was with the door and disappointed that this had happened again and he quickly calmed me down and said he'd have it sorted and it would all be fine!! This time he took out and replaced the key barrel saying it was quite possibly faulty! Provided me plenty of new keys 😌😌 and had the door back to its original best - again in no time!!! He even had a quick look and adjusted the back door which had stiffened up a bit and had apparently just dropped slightly! Again everything is perfect now 👌 i honestly can't fault this company they have lived up to their name from installation through to maintenance and i have no regrets whatsoever! And Jade is one of the people that gives this company that quality name so i hope First Home recognise this and reward him for this as without people like him, the name means nothing! He is such a positive, friendly and skilled worker! Thank you Jade 😃 in a polite way hoping not to see you anytime soon though 🤣🤣🤣 Anyone debating using this company - i'd definately say go for it - 3 years in and i'm happy as a pig in s***!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 they really are worth the money!!! No regrets!!!
The installation was completed on the correct date. The work was done efficiently and to a very high standard. The installers, Itfi Hussain and Alan Roskell were the most professional and courteous crew we have ever experienced. The level of care (Disabled customers) good humour and information given was outstanding. The crew worked with care for property cleanliness and a genuine willingness to be helpful in every way.
Right from the start we have had very service from the initial proposal, surveying, customer service bookings and to the actual fitting by Edd and Jay. Very tidy job.

The fitters rang to confirm arrival time half an hour ahead. They explained the order of work, then got on with the job, very efficiently. They cleaned the new windows and swept the floor. On completion they explained how the doors and windows worked. Fitting 2 patio doors and one window took just 5 hours from start to finish.

the fitters turned up on time 8:30am and did not leave till all 6 windows were fitted . they cleaned up after themselves . friendly and respected our home. from the first initial contact First Home Improvements have been great letting you know exactly what and when things were happening. can’t fault them.
