Had all my windows and front door replaced. The quality is exceptional I am so happy with them and really glad I decided to replace my old, drafty windows and flimsy door. The fitting process was excellent, turned up on time, straight to work, friendly and professional, fantastic workmanship. Many thanks to Mark, Chris and Brandon for such a quality job with minimal disruption.

Waiting to have a issue with the large sitting room cill sorted, to leave job like that is poor, I'm a carpenter and our company would not let us leave a job like that, we would have been back next day to sort not let the customer wait weeks!

Installing the windows was done quickly. Satisfied with that. They have a good customer service as well. Also, warranty is excellent. We had some issues but thanks to their warranty policy, we will be covered, just awaiting for the new installation. Many thanks.

We got on with all the people that came to our house,the two fitters we had were very good and worked hard all day got the job done in one day and left every where clean and tidy,very pleased with the finish

They have been easy to deal with, the product seems good, and when there was a problem they listened and got it sorted properly, no arguments. The guys - Jaz, Mike & Jade - were great. :)

Initially they changed installation date and then installed the wrong windows so that the opening windows were opposite to what they should have been . Having made an appointment to rectify this they then cancelled on the day . Having cleared the rooms in preparation . Now waiting to get them corrected this week .

I had 4 windows installed 5 days ago. From the rep Abbas to Jack and Arron the fitters, I couldn't be happier. The fitters were clean, tidy, polite and very informative. They left my house immaculate and the windows look great. Much quieter than the old ones. Great company, I'm pleased I chose them.

The entire process from first meeting to the completion of installation was fantastic. The staff are knowledgable and approachable, listening carefully to any questions. The installation itself was done smoothly, our installers Jamie Jerkovic and Jack Cunneen were professional and clean, leaving the house tidy upon completion. The quality of the windows and doors are great, they have updated the look of our house, and let in much more light. Very happy with the entire process and with the product.

The after care service we received has been amazing from start to finish . Had the windows for 8 years and still come and do the repair that was needed . Jade Downs was on time and thorough with replacing the handle also adjusting the windows so they shut properly.

Courteous and professional service from the beginning. Detailed paperwork, but explained really well. Realistic timeframe established and credit available if required. Fitting staff arrived exactly on time, and completed the work to a high standard. They were courteous and respectful, leaving the area clean and tidy each day. The quality of the product is excellent and met our expectations. The turn and tilt option on our new back door is a revelation ! New windows are admitting more light into the house and the rooms therefore seem larger. Overall a positive experience from start to finish and would recommend this company to anyone considering having home improvements carried out.

Great job and efficiently done. Richard Gaskin and Jason Cook did a really great job and really happy with their service. Very friendly and completed within time frame.

Liam and Dan did our window installation. They were very polite hard working and did an excellent job, we can't praise them enough. There was no disruption and no mess left behind. On the whole we found most members of the team we spoke or had contact with were polite and helpful. I do however think that not having a follow-up call the day before the fitters arrived should be addressed. From being given the date 2 weeks before on the phone there was no contact until the fitters arrived, so we were not sure they were coming. Also we found it very strange that the company expected us to pay the fitters that day, instead of a supervisor or sales rep coming out. But we must say excellent work Liam and Dan . We love the windows and thank you for your hard work..

The whole process was as it should be, quite a long process to begin with but all necessary, followed by the fitting of our windows which was completed in a professional manner. I must emphasise that the quality of the windows is 5*.

First Improvement were very thorough from start to finish. The fitters kindly done a brilliant job, cleaning up after and even took down my blinds to install all my new windows and kindly put them back up for me. A very happy customer indeed. And the customer service has been superb even after installation.

After an installation a couple of months ago our patio door wasn’t latching and we were really struggling to lock it. Called First Home Improvements Warranty line and Jade Downs was with us a few days later. Within 20 minutes he’d fixed the issue (the door had dropped slightly). He was great, very polite and tidy.
