We’ve used 1st Home Improvement for a few phases of work and installation of our windows. The product itself is great, we feel the difference with our new windows and the whole process was easy, from friendly salesman Dean to quick and great installation from James Harrison and Adrian Redding and good follow up process from the head office.

Really happy with the experience from start to finish. Amazing value and everyone I've dealt with has been great. The installers did a brilliant job, were responsive to feedback, and tidied up snags with no issues. Support has been there each step of the way where we needed it and the quality of the end product speaks for itself. We were visited by a works manager who was responsible for the job and has dealt with aftercare as well. All very well managed and quite a painless process. Would recommend them to anyone.

I found the window fitters to be very friendly and polite. They were respectful to my home, understanding with my Autistic child, and especially great with the fact that I have 2 dogs. They ensured that the dogs were secure whilst moving in and out of the property. They worked really hard to ensure the work was completed to schedule, to a high standard and with minimal disruption.

We recently had First Home Improvements install new windows for us. The fitters (Liam Ford & Daniel Smith) were fantastic; polite, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. The products are of excellent quality and practically sell themselves - this is our 3rd installation to date, and we have just booked to have our old conservatory updated. Friendly installers. Quick and efficient

This was our second time using the company and was not disappointed again. James was great when he can to see us first to see what we wanted. On our installation day Michael and Craig were nice and early, professional and very tidy. It was a hot day and neither of them stopped until it was all finished and tided away. Thank you both you did a fantastic job and we love our new green windows that matches our door. Would definitely use again.

Had my second instalation completed last week and it is absolutely First Class like the last one. This time I had TY and KYLE as my installers and I could Not fault them. They arrived on time and got on with the job straight away and everything was done very professionally. They cleared up everywhere when they had finished and left my property Spotless.
