We had a good experience with First Home Improvements. Sales rep, Phil explained the various door types and also helped us with the purchase options. The door technician was very professional too. The installation technician, Jaz Powar did a good job with the installation and cleaned up after it was done. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism and a nice looking door. Will recommend First Home Improvements.

First class installation of six windows and two doors by Pete Halliday & Jake Marshall both were very polite and helpful. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves, the standard of work was excellent.

2 New exterior doors fitted. Nice sturdy product, well made.

Efficient service from start to finish replacing all of our ancient double glazing, front door and patio door. Gave good advice at the outset when designing the windows and doors to go in. We were able to continue working while the installation team got on with things around us. They were flexible, polite and friendly. The finished product looks great and was good value for money. Our installers were Matt & Ash.

The guys who came to fit the window were polite, good workers and did a first class job. They cleaned up afterwards and left the place as they found it. The follow up from First Home Improvements has also been spot on. My only complaint, and it aplies to all of these companies is how long they take to give you a propper price. They all start at a rediculous price that they know you wont pay and gradually reduce it over the next two hours or so. As I say this doesn't just apply to this company, they are all the same. Please guy's, just come in .give us a proper price and go away. I'm sure you would get more custom.

Sadly never made it over the finish line for work due to the pushy salesman who actually refused to leave after 2hours and left me feeling trapped in my own home. Have raised complaint with local offices near Portsmouth. Unfortunately, bad mouthing other industry specialists, taking an aggressive stance on sales and calling a potential client stupid really aren't how I would do business.

Wow i thought the days of badgering people to buy there product were gone clearly not had an awful experience with a guy trying to sell me windows 2hrs and 20 minutes he was in my house for 6 windows tried to badger me into taking out a finance deal knowing I was clearly uncomfortable doing this due to other circumstances telling me that if I do this right here right now it's 4k cheaper than if I do it tomorrow really trying to put financial pressure onto the situation had no chance to be able able to look at the finance deal to see if its the best could do or compare anything never known tactics like it they clearly use a call the office technique as have seen this left in other reviews on here they done this twice whilst in my home quite clearly to put pressure onto a sale the guy was supposed to email me the costs of everything he'd just done for 2hrs and 20mins but lied about doing so as I never received them would hate to think this is what they would do to someone more vulnerable there end product maybe ok but I didn't get that far but there sales tactic is terrible no care for your financial situation just want that sale he kept saying was a family run business if that's the case and it was my family business I'd be appalled that people were behaving like that on my behalf really shady behaviour

Still waiting for the rear window to be finished, or shall I do it myself and charge you a couple of grand.

Over 3 days mark Chris and Brandon fitted all new windows and 4 exterior doors to a high standard,at the end of the day they left everywhere clean and tidy, very professional and friendly guys, would highly recommend them

The moment Colin Jefferson and Tony thay arrived we were so impressed with there professionalism they worked non stop for 2 days and the end result has blown my wife and myself away Would highly recommend anyone who wants to have there guttering done to ask for these 2 gentlemen many thanks guys

From the initial enquiry, the sales representative, the surveyor and indeed the installation team. Were courteous polite and very professional. The products and services offered in my opinion are the very best on the market today.

This is the second time I have used first Home improvements just as before everything went smoothly I had the same installer Mike Taylor who was very helpful checking the the door installed previously. This door is of equal quality all mess was cleaned up.

I had an issue with my rear door, Jade Downs, called me prior to arriving, which i appreciated, then he asked what was wrong, he then reassured me he can fix the issue. He worked very cleanly, and was professional through out, he even managed to get the dog on side. A very happy man, clearly enjoys his work, and spoke fondly about the company as well, which is good to hear these days.

I asked for a service call which was dealt with at the time specified, the service engineer Jade Downs, turned up on time as per the pre appointment fone call. He was very professional, identifed the issue straight away and rectified it. He was polite and professional. Thank you.

Very friendly and professional, from the first appointment to the end of installation. All work was handled quickly and to the highest of standards. Thoroughly satisfied and pleased.

From start to finish easy process. Love our new door and Michael Goldhawk the installer was brilliant. Left the house spotless.

The salesman was very informative and helpful the quality of the product is excellent there was a bit of a misunderstanding with one of the installers which wasn’t very professional but once sorted the job was completed to a satisfactory result
