Emman was great, very patient with a complete novice. I hadn't understood the significance of the otder you do things and he was very clear what would happen if he made the changes I was requesting.
Fasthosts support is by far the quickest for resolution time, on hold times. Support is 2nd to none and will always be my choice of provider

Although the fasthost web page seems to allow you to close your account it takes you eventually to a phone number you ring. However when I called the Merham was so helpful and professional. I have been very happy with the service I have received whilst using them but am no longer continuing with my self catering accommodation

Almond was professional and very helpful. It was a long call but I felt he understood my needs and genuinely tried to meet me half way. He was not pushy. Finances are tight at the moment and I was looking to cancel everything but he changed my mind. In the end I got a discount that will help me keep one site live.
