I was disapointed that my order took so long to be despatched, and although it arrived "in tact" the packaging was poor and could easily have been opened by an opportunist. I used an advert in a magazine, but I will not use the compony again.

"Company policy" needs to be reconsidered
Received new catalogue & tried to order a dress online - but order code was not available. Waited a week or so and tried again with same result. I phoned (on premium rate phone line) and placed my order. Items ordered didn't arrive although my credit card was deducted immediately. 5 weeks later my queries were met with response that item is still out of stock .. and "company policy" is to take payment but not to despatch other items ordered until all are available.

I found Fashion Friendly's website by mistake but I'm so glad I did because Mum had a look at their website and saw some lovely skirts so I ordered 2 for her delivery was fast when they came she loved them so much she asked me to order her 2 more and again delivery was fast so we recommend Fashion Friendly as a Trusted Retailer
