I ordered two jumpers back in march 25, money was taken. Out of my account, no jumpers arrived, no email off them. So expensive to call them. Don't touch this business.
So far pleased with my choice ( will see what happens when it’s washed,) pleased with delivery it came a day early ,I went to order another But the. Colour I wanted came up as another colour and the price had gone up Overall yes I’ve given3 stars
I was disapointed that my order took so long to be despatched, and although it arrived "in tact" the packaging was poor and could easily have been opened by an opportunist. I used an advert in a magazine, but I will not use the compony again.

I didn’t manage to get further than trying to order items advertised in a daily newspaper. The skirts advertised did not appear on their website, and their returns policy seems very unfair, unclear and unreliable. I cannot find any details about the company, it has just an expensive 0871 number to call with queries and customer service non existent, consequently I wouldn’t risk a penny ordering from them. You get what you pay for and I would guess this saying applies very much to this company.

My elderly mother ordered 2 cardigans from Fashion Friendly and I was a little disappointed that she had to pay postage for delivery and return. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent out but when I called the company they answered the phone immediately and advised me not to return them but to pass them to charity and they processed the refund immediately. A fantastic service, efficient and caring! Thank you. Highly recommended.

After feeling a little apprehensive after reading the one star reviews on this site, only after we ordered two items when we saw them advertised in TV Choice magazine, we were not expecting much from this company, to say the least. To our pleasant surprise, the items arrived quickly, and the quality was very satisfying, not to mention a very reasonable price was paid for them. I would certainly order from them again. This site is rubbish I have tried to order on line 2 skirts as advertised in my daily papers it does not accept quote codes that I have got of which there are two also p&p is £4.99 and not £2.49 as advertised, could be a scam site ?

Very poor customer service. No response to any emails. Would not use this company again !! After 2 weeks the stitching on the shoes my mum ordered is coming undone. Poor quality. Poor company ! Avoid !

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! A very bad company to deal with. Very poor customer service added to which they are rip off merchants preying on vulnerable elderly people. Their flyers/advertisements are in magazines that elderly people read so it seems they are deliberately targeting this vulnerable group. Not only is the quality of clothing poor but they charge for both shipping and returns! My Mother returned two items and has received payment for only one. Have now emailed twice with no response so far. They are also known as 'Foot Friendly'....friendly they are not! Please keep an eye on your elderly folk and what they read/buy etc.

Update! I sent a complaint about the kaftan to Fashion Friendly and within a short time received an apologetic reply telling me to dispose and not return it. Also the reimbursement of my money with seven days. Today I received an e-mail from Paypal to say the money was in my account. They have gone up in my estimation but I would hesitate to purchase from them again.
