I was disapointed that my order took so long to be despatched, and although it arrived "in tact" the packaging was poor and could easily have been opened by an opportunist. I used an advert in a magazine, but I will not use the compony again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S WORST

Received the 3 skirts but fabric described as polyester was like crimpelene with a loose open weave, on walking in them they clung to my legs after a short while and crackled when I took them off just like Bri Nylon used too. Returned at my expense, signed for at Driffield on the 1st of August, now 5pm on the 17th and no refund. Phoned after a week with order number to see when refund would be made, told it usually takes 2 weeks. It's only when you get the order from the magazine advert that the invoice states on the back that a refund can take up to 28 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! Emailed, with order number this morning 17th to ask for refund today, no reply, no refund. I NOW APPRECIATE WHERE STAFF RESOURCES ARE ALLOCATED IN THIS COMPANY. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering it looks like the management of this company have lost their grip. In a recession it's a short journey from success to bankruptcy if you alienate customers.

FASHION UNFRIENDLY LIARS

I ordered 2 Kaftans from Fashion Friendly on the 1st Aug 2022.16 days later, no delivery, no communication, nothing. I called on the 17th and asked for an explanation. Was told Yodel had tried to deliver the items 3 times without success. I was given the option of putting in a new order or a refund. I chose to try to collect from Yodel themselves, as they were only 2 miles away. Walked there only to be told they were unable to locate the parcel. Did they even have it in the 1st place? Someone is lying here - Fashion Friendly have no clear idea of how to deliver the items they advertise. I didn't want to choose between 2 liars, so I asked for a refund. This piece of junk company did not inform me of the delays even though they had my email address. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FASHION FRIENDLY YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE DIRT.

Good value and quality kaftans

Since November 2021 I've ordered a number of kaftans for my elderly mother-in-law and they've always arrived promptly and are well made. She's very happy with them. :)

Ordered my mum a fleese zip up gown January 2nd not received it or a reply after I wrote a email to them asking how long this item would be wish I read the review before ordering will not use them again and would advise other to use another shopping site too they was quick enough to take money from my bank but not good enough to send the goods

I ordered something for Christmas

I ordered something for Christmas, paid £9.99 for express delivery as it was a present and I’m still waiting. I did try to contact them by email on 2 January to see where my order is, NO reply. So almost £70 I’ve lost, will you ever contact me FASHION FRIENDLY?

I ordered 3 posture bras on offer at £27 plus reduced p&p of £2.99 using a media code in a magazine. The bras arrived quickly but were awful quality and fit, so returned them, signed for, at my expense. Refunded quickly with £24. I rang to query this and was told the bras were £8 on their system and delivery is ALWAYS £5.99. LIES! I had to keep repeating the offer and codes I used for ordering and was promised the remaining £3 to be refunded immediately. 10 days later needless to say there has been NO refund. I will contact them again, and also contact Trading Standards as this is obviously a good money earner for them. Appalling. Never again. Do Not buy from these people! Note: refund finally received following this review

Poor quality rubbish

Ordered slippers in size 5, they are marked size 5 but are definitely not a 5 and they crush my feet. Ordered a velour kaftan, very poorly made from extremely thin material, nothing like the blue shown in the website more of a teal colour, zip is only halfway down the front and the remaining seam below to the hem is all gathered up. The interface on the neckline is not sewn down so this stands up when you put it on over your head. The "snood" I ordered turned out to be just a neck muffle/scarf and not a snood at all. All in all there was only one item in the order which was reasonable and the rest only fit for the bin. Definitely will not be ordering from this company again

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with !!

Ordered two dressing gown as gifts ,open on it was appalling so sent both back the same day ,got proof of posting etc and waited for my refund ,it’s now 2weeks since they got them as I tracked the delivery to their Driffield site ,so now they have the goods back and my money !they don’t answer the phone and despite several e mails I still haven’t been refunded ,I’m 82 yrs old and disabled ,the company are a disgrace ,never again !

Awful, just AWFUL!

Ordered a velour robe after spotting an ad, in the TV Times. It arrived speedily but I didn't even get as far as removing it from the bag, as the quality was appalling - lightweight and flimsy. Can't believe I actually paid £5.99 for p&p and now have to foot the bill for the return postage as well. Will definitely avoid this company in the future - and recommend that others do too!
