Amandeep arrives on time, efficiently does the job required and is a pleasure to have around.

He came on time, did a good job and advice me about when to put the furniture on the carpt and why.

I am a member for many years and generally my time was okay with them until the last year. They would ring you randomly pushing you, pretty much harassing you their services offering so-called discounts. When actual fact its minimal discounts and the cost of their services are expensive now. Also they are selective with the true details of their services and cost. I have lost all faith with them and their creditability. I would strongly urge would be customers to find their own services and not use Fantasticservices. I personally stopped using them. No longer transparent.

Its not easy work here and as usual they were very polite and just got in with a range of different jobs requiring different skills. The two men work well together. The two visits close together have transformed the garden again and I feel that I can manage again for a while at any rate. When I need gardeners again I will certainly ask for " my team " and use Fantastic Garden Maintainance services again.

I have a note on account that we have a dog so you shouldn’t send a person who is afraid of dogs. Every cleaner we have had from Fantastic Cleaners have been terrified. This is not acceptable as it’s not fair on the cleaner nor us.

Fast and easy. I booked the service for furniture removal same day and they showed up on time and moved my waste item in less than 30 seconds and were very friendly. I had a query and customer service contacted me back.

I recently joined Fantastic Services and opted for their window cleaning service, which was advertised to include cleaning the window frames. On the day of the service, the cleaner arrived on time but spent only 15 minutes cleaning both the inside and outside of the windows, including the gutters. Unfortunately, the cleaner used what appeared to be a dirty cloth to wipe down the glass and did not bother removing the water marks from the outside. This issue was pointed out to the cleaner at the time. Additionally, the window ledges and frames were completely neglected. Once the water dried, clear stains and marks remained on all the windows, and the frames were still dirty and untouched. We contacted Fantastic Services to report these issues and were told that someone would get back to us within a few hours. That was two days ago. Despite multiple calls and messages via the app, we have yet to receive a response. We have repeatedly asked to be contacted, but they expect us to wait by the phone for three days until someone eventually calls. The only response we've received is through their app, where they express appreciation for our frustration. This is simply not good enough and is extremely unprofessional. We are extremely frustrated with the lack of service from this company. Please do not post a generic message asking us to contact you to resolve the issue. You are fully aware of the situation and have had three full days to provide a resolution, yet you have ignored our calls and messages. Please avoid this company at all costs. Do not use!

I have had these wonderful cleaners before and will always ask for them in the future. They do a fantastic job, everything sparkling clean and they ask you to inspect everything afterwards. It was a very hot day and I had to plead with them to take breaks to take water on board! Both cleaners commented that they don’t need 4 hours to clean my house, just 3, yet the Fantastic Services app and the lady on the phone said it was not possible to clean my size of house in that time. I booked and paid for 4 hours, but infact in agreement with the cleaners it only took them 3 hours 3 mins. They are very efficient.

Veselin and Ognyan were fantastic they were fast, very polite men and completed the job very well they took care to be careful and considerate with my belongings I would most certainly use these men again for my removals

Iliyan and his partner were fantastic, cleared everything needed after no tha of neglect, and gave me my garden back. Service was quick and efficient, bought all their own tools and helped pack into my garden waste ready for collection.
