Levgen & Artem were brilliant they non stopped worked to get our front and back garden smartened up Nothing was hard work for them they just simply got on with the job Highly recommend these guys when booking through fantastic services they cover the Twickenham area Fab work guys and thank you 😃👏👏👏👏 Only 1 drawback which is nothing to do with the guys is the company fantastic services calling you to make you subscribe for a year when I only wanted a one off job I had to repeatedly tell the person on the phone I wasn’t interested so maybe this should be looked into but nothing wrong with the guys work at all simply faultless 😃

The most obnoxious company in the planet. You make the mistake of exploring their services (or, god forbid, use them) and it’s marketing calls non stop via email, phone, messages, etc. regardless you never given consent to be contacted. They just have no respect, with this aggressive, invasive, annoying behaviour. I had a similar experience also on my previous interactions with Fantastic Services, but eventually decided to let go given in the end I was happy with the service. This time, for just browsing and checking prices I was bothered non stop, even after saying I wasn’t interested. Regardless the quality of their work I’m now convinced that I will never use their services and I will do everything I can to push everyone I know away from them.

The guys from Fantastic Services were indeed fantastic. They did a great and very thorough end of tenancy cleaning in a large house with lots of cupboard space and high ceilings. Thank you very much.

The gardeners did a very good job on my garden. Came on time, listened to all my instructions.

They had availability the next day. Lokesh is friendly, professional and seems to try his best. Although he arrived late on the first appointment. He was unable to removed the oven door for cleaning. And he forgot to leave the free gifts. 2days later my dad was able to take the door out. Called fantastic services and was given Lokesh. He arrived on time and cleaned the door well. He was assisted by my father to put the door back in but I had to chase him when he was leaving as he had forgotten to leave free gifts again. Overall it was a good service.

Avoid the membership. Misleading terms and limited voucher use. They charge early and initially refused a refund then later apologised and refunded as "goodwill"

Mariya’s attention to detail is just incredible. It is obvious she takes serious care and pride in her way of making people’s places a clean, warm, welcoming home. You can’t put a price tag on that. It’s not just about cleaning, it’s the little details when it comes to pillows, towels, laundry, etc. She doesn’t miss anything. She’s the reason I still use this company’s services. Walking into my flat each Monday after work to see the place spotless and everything where it should be is a massive release of stress and bring me peace to my week. Worth every penny! Shout out to Akashdeep who is fantastic as well whenever she comes around 🙏
