Delivery time is a shambles
Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the other reviewers regarding EZ’S claim of 4-6 day’s delivery. Truly abysmal when it took them 3 weeks to deliver my last order! & it will be my LAST order from them. Had to keep chasing, via emails, for 2 weeks before I received my order. They should be refunding all the postage fees they charge when they fail to deliver in 4-6 days. I’ll be ordering Duel products on future.
EZ are absolutely fantastic both customer support always helpful and the products are absolutely fantastic I'm honestly surprised on the price for the quality you get is absolutely top notch I wouldn't use any other products
Not the best products, cheap and cheerful. Spend a bit more and get quality that lasts far longer.
I’ve bought EZ products a few times now. I don’t have much to compare with as I’ve only recently got into detailing, but I find all of their products perform well and seem well priced against some other brands. My absolute favourite has to be Insta Gloss. It makes my car look as if I’ve been detailing for years.
Over 3 weeks to dispatch order, I requested a refund before it was dispatched then they ignored my message until it was delivered. Brutal customer service and awful buying experience
I really don't know what's going on with this company. We have ordered hundreds of pounds worth of products from them in the past, and they have always been amazing! However, I recently ordered a selection of products which was advertised to have a 2-3 working day delivery turnaround, which took 8 days to be delivered. I emailed customer services but only received a generic response, then emailed a further 2 times but received no reply. I'm not impressed at their customer service support, and clearly items are being advertised and sold with the incorrect delivery times. Consequently, my items did not arrive in time to be given as a gift and I won't be ordering from this company again.
I gave this 5 stars as at least it's visible and not hidden. This is almost regarded as a scam, I have not received anything in almost a month, not even a confirmation email. Email support is dreadful "you'll receive details early next week" is the only response I have.
Awful company DO NOT ORDER Orders take ages, free bundles they advertise are only worth half of what they say, spray nozzles missing. Drying towel missing from my order. Products not sealed do leaked in box. Customer service is non existent Having to go through credit card to claim money back. They are scammers!!
I placed my order for 4 x 2.5 ltr of product which had an estimated delivery of 3 to 5 working days, therefore I week. After three weeks and contacting the complaints team, it was only then that I received notification that my product had been posted, which arrived after another few days. Despite many mails to the complaints team requesting that they explain the delay and for me to be contacted by the complaints manager, sales manager and/or Darren who seems to send me daily sales mails despite my unsubscribing, nobody has had the basic courtesy to contact me to discuss. The products themselves are adequate, but shamefully this is another company whose marketing department out perform their customer care processes, if they have any. I would advise anyone considering using this company to think again and look at the overall score and realise that shopping elsewhere is advised in my experience.
Worst company ever, ordered 1st February still not received. Emailed 2 times to ask where order is to be fobbed off staying it will be shipped that week! Not even responded to my 3rd email, AVOID!
Absolutely shocking company to deal with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered goods 9th Feb with estimated delivery time of 4-6 business days…. Today is the 25th Feb and the goods have not even been dispatched. Sent 3 emails & got just 1 reply saying they were busy. Everyone is busy so if you can meet the quoted delivery times DONT QUOTE IT!
I changed from my normal supplier for my car dealership to Ez because the products are good, but I am thinking of changing supplier again due to their appalling delivery times, 2 to 4 weeks wait, and to cap it all, I keep getting bombarded with offers when they cannot even deliver my last order in a timely matter.
Love your products but having to wait 3 weeks for delivery is unacceptable in this day and age.this was my second order and the second time I had to wait 3 weeks for you to dispatch the order

21 days to recieve my order won't be ordering from here again
I can’t review their products as I have not received the order I placed on the 5th February. It is now the 21st and still no notification of my order being shipped. I was told over a week ago after I complained that it was being processed but feel like I’m being lied to. Such a shame as I’ve heard their products are very good but their delivery and customer service is shocking. You pay for delivery which is meant to be 4-6 days not 4-6 weeks. Sort yourselves out and get back to me or give me a refund!
