Poor Dispatch times…
Products are decent but the dispatching of the orders are so so slow. Ordered on 28th Jan, today is 11th Feb and still no email to say it’s been dispatched. Think this will be my last order will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Products are decent but the dispatching of the orders are so so slow. Ordered on 28th Jan, today is 11th Feb and still no email to say it’s been dispatched. Think this will be my last order will be looking elsewhere from now on.
I have placed several orders through this company as I love the products that they produce as they actually do work well BUT…. Shipping times is a massive disappointment to say the least. It states 4-6 days for delivery and I placed an order on the 28th Jan and 2nd feb and still have not received either. Not an email or any kind of apology at all, when ordering through the website direct you are left waiting up to 3 weeks and beyond for orders to arrive and when you pay for postage for 4-6 days it’s an absolute joke. If you email them you are lucky if you get a response and if you do it’s then blamed on backlog of orders. If you can’t commit to delivery within the specified times you should refund delivery costs which is what I would like and if this doesn’t happen I will be forced to do a chargeback as I have no products which were paid for. It’s an absolute shame as I have recommended this company to many of my detailing friends as well as normal friends and now they have let everyone down with this extremely poor performance in delivery times. I will wait until Wednesday and if I don’t have either of my orders I will be requesting refunds from the bank as well as taking any further purchases to another company. Please sort this out Darren as you do have great products but your shipping times are appalling and will be the companies downfall if you don’t act fast.
Most of the products are awesome, but they simply cannot ship product within 4-6 days as they state on their website. They are more interested in taking your money by running promo after promo rather than getting product out the door. They don’t respond to emails and if they do you get a generic one. They set up a WhatsApp group to which they can look at but still don’t listen to what is being said, everyone having the same issue, customers have been waiting 3-4 weeks for goods to be shipped and then having to chase by phone! Poor customer service, they need to raise their game!
As said by others,...good products but the delivery is soooo slow, always chasing up orders AND always told "warehouse is busy " never ordering again......this is one customer they have lost
Update on my order, still no sign of it and no correspondence at all. Looking to report them now to trading standards, I feel for all these customers that are left waiting and out of pocket. Absolute joke company. I've just set up my own business and need my products when I am promised. It's been 2 weeks now and still no order has graced my door. Oh and don't bother trying to ring them, as nobody answers the dam phone. Won't use them again. If you can't run the business effectively, then don't bother. Time is money in the Valeting / Detailing game. So un professional.......
I’d like to be able to say it’s a great product and great service!!!! Oh no EZ can’t even get my first(will be the last) order to me. Ordered 25/1 and still not a sniff of when I’m going to receive anything!(still saying preparing shipment)WOW! You got snails packing these orders. Even customer service can’t tell the truth. Avoid like the plague.
SCAM warning. Still No product. I would love to review their products but I’m still waiting for delivery. I’m just hoping this is not a scam. Edit. Just been told they’ve not even sent it yet! There are plenty of other suppliers out there with good products so next time I will use one of them. I’m not prepared to wait weeks for orders.
First of all let me say, that the products I’ve had in the past have been very good. That’s not the issue. The issues lie with poor customer service and ridiculously long delivery times. My most recent order is now 2 weeks past the order date. The first attempt didn’t arrive due to it being damaged, but since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing as to when my replacement items will arrive….. very disappointing service.
Products are really good, often many offers. Unfortunately they don’t seem able to keep up with the demand, and shipping takes ages, everyone order have to chase up after a week as nothing is ever dispatched. Could be much improved.
What a pathetic company ordered just under £100 worth of products on the 24th of January not even had a tracking number given me it’s now fifth of February. I’ve emailed rang them WhatsApp them call them Facebook message them posts on Facebook regarding my tracking number or when my products are going to come and no response from anything avoid this company I will never use them again keep sending me offers via email and put in offices up on Facebook but customer service can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone or reply to an email
I would love to give a genuine review. If I had received it. Ordered 27/01/25. Still not seen it. Luckily I have got at least 3 emails a day from “ Darren company owner “ with latest offers 🤷♀️ Darren, sort yourself out. Spend less time emailing everyone, posting on Facebook and more time packing deliveries. In this day and age it’s easy. I suggest you have a chat with “Darren from Amazon “ whilst detailing his car, and pick up some tips.
Avoid at all cost. I think this company might be a scam. Ordered from them weeks ago and no response since.
Awful experience and waiting for products from 3 weeks ago. Communication is non existent cant get hold of anyone to find out where or how long its going to take. Maybe they need to think about getting more staff or put on their social media advertising “exprcted delivery maybe weeks or even months for delivery”
Ordered shampoo 10 days ago, no emai confirmation or updates, I emailed off to ask what was happening, not even an reply, so unfortunately I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow to put the purchase amount in dispute.
Poor customer service automated messages response no order no tracking no nothing asked several time for ordered to be cancelled and nothing do not buy had several emails telling me about special offers but can’t even deliver my original order
Products are fine if you actually receive them. Customer care is extremely poor so don’t expect much in the way of after sales support or refunds should something go wrong with your order.
Used there products before and all arrived fine so i purchased some more gear in Jan and now no sign or any email to say where my order is or when it will be sent out? It’s now very late sent an email asking for an update but you don’t get a reply and no phone numbers anymore so you can ring to ask for an update. Lesson to learn if a company does not have a phone number to ring then don’t order from them. I have two more week to wait until I can start a dispute from my credit card, very poor customer service
They are just so poor at dealing with issues and telling the truth, I would like to give a review of their products but I can't, despite numerous emails to them and being given a false tracking number, my items still haven't arrived. Don't take people's money if you're not prepared to honour the orders. I'm literally at the point of getting my bank involved to claim my money back. Just ship my order in the timeframe you promised. It's not difficult.
Placed order last year was a great offer .deal came snowfoamer .order came in 2 deliveries parts missing from foamer .sent another and part which needed missing .email sent fast reply .emailed which needed .excuse was no labels .2 emails later lat sent 19 Jan 25 still no reply .products are great for price .but let down customer care and postage times
These guys provided the worst customer service experience I've ever come across. Your helpdesk tickets go unanswered, they say they goods have been despatch when they haven't, they never call you back despite saying they will. And to top it all off they say they are waiting on me for information when I've given them the info 2 weeks previously and they've lost it. Just avoid and save the inevitable stress.
