Couldn't tell you about products as they haven't turned up yet it's been over 25 days and still hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse never mind getting here absolute joke of a company

I orders items on the 6th of Feb 25 from EZ car care which have still not been dispatched. I contacted the company via email with an updated responce from them, saying that due to an unexpected manufacturing issues, they are currently running about 10 working days behind and to inform me that thier warehouse team is now back on track, my order was being processed as quickly as possible. All lies as its now 14 days past and i have no clue into what is happening. DEFFIANTLY WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN !!

At Smith & Shine we've been using EZ for the last 3 year, 100%best product on the market by fair. Delivery always on time and correct. Can't fault EZ products and services Love the stuff

22 days for my order to be delivered - 16 business days! Should have taken 4-6. As usual, they just say they’re busy, and you have to chase them for a generic email response. When it did arrive, was there a little sweetener as an apology - maybe a free towel, trial product or even a cheap card air-freshener? Of course not. They are just out to get new customers with their cheap bundle deals and don’t really care about customer service. I won’t use them again - Plenty of other UK based companies that delivery promptly. Shame, as the products are decent.

This would be a zero star purchase product by mistake through shop now removed all my cards off shop. Sent 4 emails from the 4th of Feb till the 20th of Feb and they waited till item was dispatched on the 20th of Feb told me not to accept delivery which I did not but amazon left near bin. Now saying they do not accept returns for distance selling is that not against the law.

Awful company with poor communication, been waiting 6 weeks for my order. Their landline never gets answered and email replies non existent Never be buying from them again

Just didn't get the items, Waited 2 weeks and then asked for a refund. Shocking service from what they advertise. To be fair girl on phone for refund was very helpful

Poor delivery times, over two weeks still not processed

This is the second order. Waited over three weeks, still no delivery. I am bombarded by advertising but no delivery. I have to wonder if the whole thing is a scam, and they will be emigrating as millionaires, just before they go to jail.

This is the worst company at posting out orders, they take your money and you even pay extra for 4/6 days delivery 3 weeks later and nothing. Customer service is a joke. AVOID THIS COMPANY EZ CAR CARE. I wish I could give it no stars that's how bad it is, just look at the reviews lately everyone complaining about the same thing.

Joke firm,I ordered on 27/1/25 today is the 15/2/25 and still no delivery I had an email on the 7th of February thanking me for my patience and over a week later still no email to say it’s been despatched,but hey it’s good to know they’ve all been working on a new website and site and branding so we can order more stuff and not get it,I for one won’t be ordering from them again absolutely diabolical company take your money then nothing

I have ordered twice from Ez Car Care - 1st time delivery time was ok ish - just over a week - 2nd time delivery took 18 DAYS It’s a real pity their service is so bad because the products seem really good ! So buyer beware - don’t expect it quickly and frankly don’t advertise what you cannot fulfill !

Order placed 28th Jan, now 14th Feb and still no order or update apart from warehouse is busy. No other response to my emails. But they can send me several emails daily with offers they have which they can’t then fulfill

Dire customer service and delivery takes weeks at best, some of the products are ok but only offer prep and valeting products nothing in the serious detailing area. They push and push promo's constantly instead of fulfilling previous orders.

Their products really are good. And great value but their customer service and delivery times are genuinely diabolical. To think they make you pay for delivery and this is the level of service you get. Even as I speak on the 14th of feb they still haven’t even shipped a product I bought on the 2nd to which I paid £6 for delivery. You get generic responses from email and it’s just not good enough anymore I’ve ordered hundreds and hundreds of pounds of products from them, but this is the last time now. Utterly ridiculous, sort yourselves out. I’ve previously mentioned that maybe they should put warnings on pages when they’re so obviously behind on shipping because at least then you can make an educated idea of when you may get it but nothing, I shall spend more with other companies now.

Products good, price good but delivery not so! You'd think that with a load of people complaining that money was taken from the account but no products to show for it, they'd get a grip of the issue rather than continue to promote and sell products. What makes it worse is some people will order and get it within days, whilst others like myself have been waiting 17days for a delivery you pay on. Not acceptable in this day and age.

Products are good but delivery is an absolute joke, customer service is non existent, called them sent them emails and no response to any of it, trying to run a business using there products is turning out to be not very profitable as I’m turning down jobs due to no chemicals,

No communication and still hasn’t been dispatched after 12 days. Not 4-6 working days after purchase. Avoid if you aren’t willing to wait until the forceable future to receive your purchase.

Great products when they arrive, shame the same can’t be said for their customer service! Placed several orders with delivery within a week. However, the last order I placed, which is over 2 weeks ago now has not been processed. EZ are still advertising deals, and I know of people who placed orders today which have been dispatched already EZ need to process the old orders before sending the new ones, and maybe employ more staff before they lose more customers
