4 weeks to deliver and non existent customer care
I placed my order for 4 x 2.5 ltr of product which had an estimated delivery of 3 to 5 working days, therefore I week. After three weeks and contacting the complaints team, it was only then that I received notification that my product had been posted, which arrived after another few days. Despite many mails to the complaints team requesting that they explain the delay and for me to be contacted by the complaints manager, sales manager and/or Darren who seems to send me daily sales mails despite my unsubscribing, nobody has had the basic courtesy to contact me to discuss. The products themselves are adequate, but shamefully this is another company whose marketing department out perform their customer care processes, if they have any. I would advise anyone considering using this company to think again and look at the overall score and realise that shopping elsewhere is advised in my experience.
