Ordered £60 of product which never arrived. Have telephoned daily, no one picks up the phone and have sent at least 3 emails. Guess what no reply. This is a scam, do not buy from this site.
Order placed on a 2-3 day delivery, 13 days later the incorrect order arrives! Item delivered is half the price on the website of the item ordered. Emailed and reply received from ‘Phil’ promising a 24h courier delivery of the correct product. Ha!!! Still nothing , phones ring out constantly. Shocking company, AVOID!!!!
Placed 2 orders first order took over a week to arrive and second order has now taken over two weeks, have tried to call but phone just rings, stayed on the line for 15minuets and still no answer! Was told by email my order would be with me by Tuesday the 17th (11 days after order was placed) yet still have not received my order just an update saying label created 3days ago. Shame as products are good but the customer service is enough not to use again.
Well, the website is good, the products (when finally arrived) are OK, not the best but far from the worst and have done a good job for the weekly maintenance wash. But, I paid extra for fast delivery, so why did it take over 3 weeks!? I chose fast delivery thinking it would be 3 days max, but on their website, it doesn't say how long the delivery will be! This alone will stop me from using them again. Rather pay more for Auto finesse, or even just Autoglym at the local halfords.
Awful company no answer from emails or phone total scammers no communication cannot stress enough that people should not use these thieves.
EZ Car Care 0:29 0:29 DO NOT BUY OFF THESE THIEVES! Where do I start? Their products are of the absolute poorest quality and more than likely from China! They owe my husband a refund after waiting 3 weeks for an item which he was told continually had been sent out? Been delivered to another address twice, which is definitely not ours! Wouldn't mind but they are only a 20 minute drive away! Refund promised numerous times, and had enough of chasing now! If they are so desperate for the money they can keep it, or maybe we will just have a drive down, can't ignore us then! Customer service absolute appalling, products are of the worse possible kind, and they are thieves! Remember people READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING!!! really wish we had read the reviews! I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS
Absolute JOKE of a company!!!!Ordered my stuff on 5th June,and STILL waiting on it getting delivered.2 emails sent,and surprisingly enough I didn't get a reply.If you want proper customer service,shop elsewhere as these clowns are just cowboys!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. Placed an order at the beginning of June and items still not received. Tried customer service and no response. Just reading all the reviews and the company have a poor reputation for non delivery of items. Avoid at all costs!!
Bought from this company previously. Never on time, don’t mind a few days but a week since order placed no sign of dispatch or item, email sent, phone call through all day no answer. They Send 10 emails a day with offers but no customer service what’s the point in that. Might be my last purchase from EZ plenty, company’s out there provide decent products for same price and by looks of it probably a better service.
Shocking delivery, had to complete a dispute with my credit card to get my money back as no response from EZ ? Bizarrely I guess all the negative reviews probably would have reordered like I would as the product is good but no chance, this company must be haemorrhaging money losing fresh orders and refunds. Management need to have a good look at themselves.

Same old same old, ordered, still waiting, no reply to emails, seems a common theme doesn't it ? Really, it is a shame as the products are great, but if you can't get what you've ordered why bother ? This'll be my last order from these guys as the products are great, but the customer service and delivery time is worse than awful
Ordered on the 4th of June with "Speedy Saver Shipping" (Royal Mail 2 to 3 day delivery) As of the 15th nothing has arrived and there has been no dispatch notification. The order is still showing in the Shop App as "Preparing shipment" They have however managed to bombard me on an almost daily basis with emails offering more products but as the first lot I ordered haven't arrived yet I don't think I will be bothering with any more.
Missing items, complete bundles not delivered, slow response to any email. Have given them 48 hours to correct my issues before raising it with my card provider to recover my money.

Ordered products over week and half ago on 48hr delivery. No delivery, 3 unanswered phone calls, 2 unanswered emails. Small claims it is.
Bought products and still not received 2 weeks later. They will not answer calls or emails, now having to contact credit card to get money back as they are an absolute disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Place an relatively big order £140 worth on may 31st, and paid an additional £10 to jump the line as I needed the order ASAP. 12th June and only 6 out of the 11 items I ordered have arrived. No tracking information was provided, it still shows my order as being processed. During this time I had to email them to find out what was going on only to be told we are very busy, sorry but not my problem. During this time ive placed 2 other orders for supply's with 2 different companies and both have arrived before ezcarcare has and no items missing. As of now im no longer using Ez which is a shame because their products are very good. But your customer service communication skills are shocking to say the least. I would genuinely like to see this area and product delivery without items missing massively improved
