Do not buy zero replies and waiting 4 weeks still and not been dispatched when i paid for next day delivery, no answer on calls or emails!!! Got a reply on a fb comment lol brilliant asking me to email what for to be ignored with the other 10 emails sent or phone call were they hang up on you if they answer without talking??? Absoloute cowboys and ive reported as scammers to my card issues!!

It says 2-3 days for shipping. I received my order after 12 days. I had to chase the company alot and I wasn't convinced my stuff would arrive. The order is 95% correct but one of the bottles is missing. I have chased this up 3 times now with no response. Their products seem very good value but their customer service is very poor. I would potentially use them again if they rectify my order but id make sure I ordered well before I needed the product and id definitely use a credit card because of my experience.

do not waste your time and money on this company. They are a disgrace as per my last email below, they do not answer the phone, or return Emails. Just a couple of likely lads, conning the public. I have now repaired this to my lawyer and raised scam with my credit card Co I am still waiting for a refund for my non delivered order. Again I have tried to call your telephone line to no avail. I am now at the stage that my next option is to put this in the hands of, my lawyer, and raise the action through my credit card Company. 8 This whole charade is totally unacceptable, and puts your company in a bad light, which I will now share with all my social media platforms, I have used your company products in the past and never had a problem until now, needless to say I will not be using you again I look forward to your reply Allan Craig M.I.Fire.E. Same as everyone else…spend your hard earned money and there happy to take it off you and don’t deliver your items or reply to emails. Ordered a month ago and sent several emails and phoned with no reply. I would encourage everyone to report them to there bank as fraudulent/scam no matter how little you have spent.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM, having been bombarded with emails and adverts i took the chance and ordered some products, i found a new customer discount code which seemed to work, up to the point of paying, which is when the code was removed and i was charged the full amount. It is a scam. I have emailed several times, phoned multiple times and nothing, i requested a call back, and a refund, yet 6 days later nothing. I really wanted to try this product from the videos i had seem but it seems this is not going to happen. As others the order included the additional payment for fast delivery, neither a delivery or refund has been received

Placed an order over a week ago and still hasn't been shipped. Emailed them enquiring what is going on with my order and they haven't replied. I recommend them in the past however can't recommend at the moment with this customer service and going by reviews on here I'm not the only one. £50 down the drain

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought the stuff, I’ve been waiting now around 10 days, I’ve emailed the EZ and I can’t understand why a company wouldn’t reply to a customer’s emails? Definitely wouldn’t buy anything from these again. Duel car care at much better with brilliant communication skills.

Paid £4.99 for 48h delivery 4th June. Its 11th June and I still did not receive anything. Customer service takes ages to reply or do not answer at all. Avoid.

What went wrong? EVERYTHING! I’d encourage you all to refrain from ordering from here. EVER! Radio silence after ordering. Was beginning to wonder if I’d get what I paid £75 for. Finally arrived 2 weeks later, makes me wonder if it even comes from the UK and not China by snail mail. Wouldn’t even mind the delay but no responses to emails and no one answers the telephone. Haven’t even tried the products but if the service is anything to go by, it’ll probably end up in the bin.

Unbelievable service to the highest order, and i mean in a bad way. Ordered a large quantity of items over a 10 days ago with express delivery so it should of been here like 5 days ago. Iv attempted to call them on numerous occasions with NO answer from call or email, shocking customer service. I feel like iv been scammed genuinely.

Can’t get any information about my order, haven’t received anything and spent nearly £100. No answer to emails and no answer to calls. Assuming this isn’t a genuine business now and if no answer I’ll be going via the bank to get money back.

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with been almost 2weeks since I placed an order, was quoted 2/3 days delivery for which I paid £5 still no delivery have tried to email was told they would get back to me which they haven’t. Requested to cancel order and refund but now nothing. Seriously they may seem cheap but don’t waste your money

Placed an order on the 30th of May.. it’s now June 10th n it’s still not here.. will be requesting a refund as it’s no longer required as I purchased stuff elsewhere… shame as the citrus pre wash is usually good .. won’t be ordering again unfortunately until you get your delivery sorted

Ordered two weeks ago expecting express 2-3 day delivery. My order still hasn't been dispatched and despite numerous phone calls, messenger messages and emails I literally can't get in contact with anyone. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company and places like this should be removed from the marketplace!!!

Extremely Disappointed – No Order, No Response I placed an order with EzCarCare and have yet to receive it, despite it being well past the expected delivery time. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an update or some form of communication, but I’ve received absolutely no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark after paying for products. At this point, I’m not just disappointed with the delay—I’m concerned about the lack of customer service. If there’s an issue with my order, I should at least be informed. This experience has been very unprofessional and I won’t be ordering from them again unless this is resolved quickly. Order went in on the 3rd June !

Ordered but no show! Been 2 weeks and still no items. Phones just ring out, emails are not replied! Just bounces back 😳 company must have come bust

Sent me the wrong order. Blamed it on third party distributor. Customer service is none existent. Absolute joke.

I made an order on the 29/5/25 still not arrived I was told I should of had it on Friday just gone still waiting and now no one is answering the phone and my emails are not getting through to them, 😡😡 if I would of known this I would of got the products elsewhere

5L bottle leaked and still no response when emailed as this was supposed to be a present for a friend who is a detailer. Was very unhappy and still haven’t got back how much was leaked.

This is in addition to my 2-star review from a few days ago. Upon posting the review, I coincidentally had an email response from the 'support' team (Renae) shortly after, a response to 1 of my 2 tickets I posted after discovering my order was incorrect. Upon replying, my email response was returned as 'undeliverable', 2 times. Shocking support system. How anybody is to get in touch with EZ Car Care is beyond me, emails and calling both a failure. Not worth the hassle.
