Wow what amazing products. I have always purchase Autogylm but recenlty due to life just geeting too expensive I thought I would try EZ. I was glad i made the purchase. Best prices on the Internat and better quality then Autogylm. Best Products Best Service.

I ordered over £75 worth of products to get the mystery buckets or £75 or more. On the website and emails it clearly shows 8 x 500ml products plus a wax plus 2 buckets. However, when received I only got 4 products plus the buckets. I emailed and telephoned as they did not replied to the email to speak to one of the staff. He explained it was a 'mystery' and that what I received was over £75. I reiterated that the image was 8 x products plus the wax and buckets and stated £75+. He stated that was for display purposes only and I got £75 worth. I did insist that other kits still on sale were between £30 - £60 and included 8 items and different buckets. he was not interested stated it was a mystery and I replied you it's a mystery what you seem to get when an image clearly shows the opposite. Never mind will not be ordering from them again as also view similar posts show they are doing the same. Surely against advertisement regulations?

Shambles of a car detailing company. STAY CLEAR! Ordered a £100 mystery box on a Monday morning, it then took over 14 days to arrive? Odd. However when opening the mystery box, 4l of product and a fish scales cloth, yikes! Not really worth the £100 in my opinion, however if that’s RRP then it’s RRP and it’s fair game. However, I would consider staying clear of this company, the customer service is shocking and second to none! Products are super diluted and watered down, using them is pointless and holds little value for money. First time buyer becomes last time buyer. Stay clear and spend your cash with AD or Madcow or another DECENT detailing company. Cowboys 🥱

Ordered arctic snowfoam lance kit on a Sunday items were not dispatched until the following Monday a week later. Slow shipping but I can live with that. So two weeks later i'm ready to clean a very dirty car. I open my order to find half the items are missing. I have snow foam product and an attachment but no shampoo or microfibre cloth as ordered. One of the worst online ordering experiences I have had in years. **Update** the two items that did arrive weren't fit for purpose. Snow foam attachment isn't compatible with Karcher as stated. It's not airtight and shoots product out sideways. They know this and even provide some flimsy tape that isn't holding any decent pressure washer. Snow foam itself suds disappeared in seconds and didn't do anything for the clean. Avoid.

Cheap products. Crap shelf life. Customer service is worse than a Nigerian scammer. At least they have the sense to hide their names. Be warned its a bunch of cowboys rebottling chemicals

Stay away from these. Terrible quality products. They appear cheap and good value for money, however they are not. Most of the EZ car care products I ordered I used within a few days of delivery (which took ages by the way). All seemed “alright” at first I guess. I assumed you get what you pay for as you can notice a really difference between these and better quality brands that you pay a premium for. After a week or so when it came to my next wash, all of my products I had opened had turned to JELLY. I’m no expert with chemistry or owt, but they had gone off completely. This has also happened to another guy I know so I’m not alone when I say this. I’ve been teasing these guys on TikTok about this and trying to tell people in the comment section how poor they are by simply saying they’ve turned to jelly. EZ Car Care clearly have something to hide because they keep deleting my comments despite having to content in them that would violate guidelines. This had now led to me dedicating the time to write a decent review up because I have now found the time to do so.

Had a bit of trouble with shipping but not ez's fault they sent my order out again straight away used the graphene wax today really easy to use and excellent results

Great service, great products. One of my parcels was damaged by tge courier, call to ez car care was answered quickly and replacement products sent next day. Whilst I haven't used all of the products, the ones I have seem great. Good to deal with a company that has great customer service.

I’ll start of by saying.. I’m no noice to cleaning an thought I’d try these guys out as there prices sucked me in. worst company I’ve dealt with. Lots of messed up delivery’s. Items missing. Poor customer service Don’t answer phone calls or emails Push the butt on other people when there’s an issue. They paint out to be all above board an on point but their far from it. Claim their products are made in house but there not. There bought in bulk watered down an sold on as other different products. So you don’t actually know what your getting Let alone cleaning power is absolutely useless an leaves your car more dirty then you began with. There pre wash with May I add isn’t pre wash . I’m sure it’s TFR. Which is very misleading. The product had damaged my paint (burnt into it) an they was not helpful in anyway at all an tried to blame whoever painted the vehicle even though the previous week I used different brand products that were absolutely fine. Members club is absolutely useless an give just as good deals to non members There’s also lots of dark secrets about this company. Stay well clear.

Went to a membership system for discount and sales but the customer care side is shockingly bad and you just can’t get a answer to an issue Wrong chemical delivered which is wrongly labelled which is a safety issue along with poor service By email it takes 3 days to reply which is shocking given it’s a safety issue Very poor customer service and from 5 stars now down to a single star Shocking customer service 29 minutes and no answer 🤬🤬🤬

Cannot fault these guys at all the products are 100% brilliant and very affordable the customer service is five star had a small problem but had it sorted out with no issue thank you Anthony five stars all round

Would avoid at all costs, as soon as you have an issue the Customer Service team are useless and unwilling to help. Have requested a full refund for my order.

Got the weekend warrior kit for my hubsand hes made up

So I ordered a snow foam lance and some snow foam from EZ car care as I thought their products looked interesting. The lance does indeed work, although I cut myself several times putting it together on the thread, which was incredibly sharp. However, my main issue with this company was how long it took them to dispatch the items... 9 Days! So it took a a good 12/14 days for the items to actually arrive, about 8 days after payment I sent a message asking if they knew when it was going to be dispatched and I got absolutely no reply. Granted it was in a sale, but to notify the customer after payment that because of the sale dispatch could take up to 10 days seems a little dishonest to me. The packaging was also as planet unfriendly as possible, filled with hundreds of polystyrene pellet things... I mean what's wrong with shredded paper! All in all if a sale is on and you get something at a ridiculously good price it maybe worth it, but personally I will go elsewhere next time.

First time ordering after seeing good reviews of products. Order arrived, products had leaked, contacted them and just a complete waste of time and not worth the effort to attempt to resolve it. Shame because the products are good from what I have used so far,just terrible customer service.
