Ordered through these guys as I kept seeing Instagram adverts for them and they seemed like they had good quality products. The products I received are not as good as they are made out to be however they were still ok. One of the products had leaked in shipping though and made a mess over the other products, as the bottles of liquids are not sealed shut, they just have lids on which are not the best quality. One of the products I have ordered does not have clear instructions on it and not can I find the relevant information about the product online. Tried contacting them via email, via Instagram and even by posting onto their new posts to ask my question - but got no reply for around 2 weeks now. They also spammed me with lots and lots of advertising emails, I had to unsubscribe twice before they stopped, the advertising is professional, past that everything has been sub-par.

Special offer going around. £5 for 500ml of product. Products so average, air freshener last 10 minutes, Detailer and Wax pretty much the same. Biggest problem is it’s impossible, no matter how tight it’s tightened the collar on the spray trigger is loose, so the trigger just spins around. Useless so I guess that’s why it’s cheap. E mailed the company with my concerns 10 days ago, heard nothing.

Spent a lot of money on the website well over £100 taken 14day to get a tracking number not with parcel force 24 as the advertising says but with local DPD who have taken 3 days to collect it 17 days so far still no delivery

Ordered 3x 5 litre products on a great deal a couple of weeks ago, their courier damaged the parcel so I called yesterday to find out what was going on. They sent them out on a next day and just received them. Sometimes things go wrong beyond your control but Very happy how they’ve responded to an issue

Brilliant value car cleaning stuff, smell great and I can’t wait to use them. Arrived a little slow but honestly can’t fault it at all, especially for the value.

Orderd from these guys during Easter, was a deal on regarding £50 worth of free stuff if you spent £50, I didn’t receive the free stuff in the order, so I gave EZ car care a message, and on next day delivery they sent out the free bundle, very much appreciated and would order again, Thanks again Lewis

Purchased a ceramic wax bundle with around 6 extra products included probably 15 months ago and still using all of the items to this day, think it cost me £20 lol. great value, couldn’t go wrong for the price

While I have never had an issue with the products themselves ( I am not a professional and they do the job) The speed of despatch and delivery is pretty poor. When the order did arrive there were 2 things missing. Customer support did resolve quickly and said they would send them but they still are not here where I can use them and I ordered almost 2 weeks ago.

I ordered off these jokers a while ago and whilst I did actually receive my products in a timely manner, I would never use them again, honestly. I see all of their promotional videos and see they must be stopped. They’re hot on their social media to remove any negative comments against themselves and their crap products, and are quick to delete comments/block your profile if you speak out about them. The truth is, they are extremely POOR QUALITY, WATERED DOWN PRODUCTS. I urge you to stay away from them and invest in other products. The SHELF LIFE IS TERRIBLE! Within a short period of being opened, you’ll find your products will turn to JELLY. You get what you pay for in this world which is true, however you use 3/4 times the product compared to what you would expect from a more premium brand. Everything about this company is dodgy and their efforts to silence people like myself have come to an end. I used to comment on their TikTok videos to warn people of the products, and instead they would delete the comments before anybody saw them. This eventually led to them blocking me so rather than addressing the issue with me and telling everyone that they are not what I say they are, they just block me, HAHA. Keep your money people or buy auto glym or something instead.

Great products for the price. Just tried the Ceramic Wax which is great. Tried glass cleaners alloy cleaners etc etc. Precast also very good. The only product I'm not a huge fan of was the snow foam as it struggles to loosen dirt. It's OK but better out there. I've bought the buckets for was & rinse and buffing clothes which are really good. I've tried lots of there stuff and 99% happy. I wish you could post a picture to show results.

Dont know why all the negative reviews recently! I have waited a week for my delivery which is stated when you order due to them being busy. Received goods today - however 1 bottle missing.....simple phone call and they couldn't have been more helpful in sending the missing bottle. Brilliant service and great products, will definitely be ordering again :)

This company has been spamming me 5 times a day for the last 4 weeks. I have never ordered anything from them, never would, and there appears to be no way to unsubscribe from their emails

Ordered a few times from ez care some people say the deliveries are slow but iv never had any issues. Items are good and great value

Spent nearly £1000 with EZ there shipping is well over 2 weeks long. So went to Stockport to collect it nearly 2 hrs each way as delivery is a shambles. I am in Australia at the moment, but before I came away I went there to collect more stuff but forgot to get some items so ordered them online spoke to Annmarie as she knew I was going away. Items didn't arrive for 15 days but I was already away. My parents went to collect them as my ring doorbell and cctv cameras picked up Royal snail delivering them. Had a note on the door to delivery 4 doors away. One bottle had opened and box was soaked and item missing due to hole in the box. Straight away I contacted Annmarie at Ez and was ignored and even tried to ring no answer. Wrote several emails with no reply so now getting my money back through PayPal. Customer service is shocking. Spoke to a couple of detailers on there forum site and they said in a pm try detailers online. My friends said there much better products than EZ and delivery in 2 days everytime and there the same price as EZ. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMERS

I will leave the abysmal delivery time as this has been covered in other reviews this is simply a performance based review. Out of the Four different products I have used so far two of them the CHROMANCE and EMBER SHAMPOO are both ok, nothing special above average performance. However the other two products ARCTIC MELTDOWN snow foam and AURORA FALLOUT are absolutely terrible. The cleaning power of the snow foam as a pre wash is rubbish it lifted zero dirt and grime in both cars this was tested on. This is diluting it to there recommend ratio on one car and even doubling the foam to water ration on my wife’s car. I couldn’t believe how little was removed and I must ad I use the MJJC pro lance which produces a thick foam and allows a log dwell time. Compared to others I have used I.e Bilt hamber auto foam , Koch chrome AF and even autobrite magifoam there is simply no comparison these all loosen dirt 100% better you can visually see the dirt in the suds in the floor but not with the EZ ARCTIC MELTDOWN it’s awful in comparison. The same can be said for the AURORA FALLOUT it’s dire in comparison to other alternatives I have being using again Bilt hember , auto finesse etc all of these work well with almost instant reaction to iron deposits . The performance using the AURORA on two vehicles was next to useless. Don’t get fooled by these SUPER SALES. They are cheap for a reason and the reason is they perform well below all other brands on the market. I find myself with half a dozen 5ltr bottles that I will probably give away because there is no point taking up my garage space with products that simply don’t work well enough.

Unbelievable shocking service. I made an order with this "so called company" on the 20th Jan and still haven't received anything. I've emailed them 3 times, 1 to cancel my order which was on the 23rd Jan, to which I received a reply on the 25th Feb saying they were unable to cancel because it had already been processed to be dispatched. Well I'm still waiting for a reply /delivery. All I want is my money back. Stay well clear of EZ car care, you'll get ripped off.
