We had two doors and a loft window fitted,both men worked efficiently and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. The loft window has a scratch on the glass and this was pointed out to us immediately and reported back to the office to arrange a new pane of glass to be fitted. Very impressed with doors.

Just had fascias, soffits, new bathroom window & composite front door fitted. Very happy with it! We will recommend your services to our friends & relatives. Thank you guys!

The worst experience ever in dealing with administrive staff. Complete lack of information relating to what was happening to complete the installation. Will never deal with them again.

Door replacement. Fitters were polite and did a good job. Unfortunately only noticed after they left that the interior letter flap was scratched. Phoned Scarborough office the following morning and had an appointment arranged for it to be replaced within 3 hours. Very efficient.

We have just had all our windows, the front entrance door and new bi-fold doors fitted by EYG and taking everything in to account eg covid, availability of materials, delivery issues, manpower etc I believe we received a high level of service as well as good value for money. Where I can, I always look to use local companies employing local people. Yes, we had a few issues but EYG responded positively and in a genuinely caring manner. I would not hesitate in using them again especially if they come up with a deal on the rear entrance door I would like replacing. Highly recommended!!

Brilliant service! Great service right from the start. We initially had our hearts set on a certain design, but once we went into the showroom our decision changed! This was no issue at all for EYG and our order was changed with no problems. We had the survey carried out soon after and just waited for our date for the door to be fitted. I had a call about a month in advance of fitting which for us was great as we could organise work commitments to be at home - Andy and Paul turned up bang on time and cracked straight on with fitting our new door! Once the door was in, they went through the aftercare sheet with me and made sure I was happy with everything - no complaints at all, and one very happy customer! Right from the off, this whole process was stress free and all for a great price. I would recommend EYG to anybody wanting to get any work done to their property with no hesitation! Thanks to the whole team at EYG, but especially Andy and Paul who came to fit the door - even when the rain came!

All work completed in very fast time. Half day for two doors, three windows. Three men working at once. Looks great.

EYG asked us for a review could not gain access to their document so here is our review. Although placing the order for facias and soffits during covid we were told it would take four to six weeks in fact it took over a year. The survey alone took three months Communications between EYG and ourselves was very poor, ie: phone calls not returned, promises made but not delivered, ect, ect. After 9 months sub-contract fitters arrived to fit facias and soffits.whilst doing the work they damaged the window frame and glass. Which we had to find out ourselves as they failed to notify us at the time. Although they repaired the frame and the two paynes of glass unfortunately the glass is of greenhouse quality at the slightest drop in temperature they are covered in condensation. We now wished we had kept the damaged glass although 15 years old it was by far superior quality. We would also have appreciated being told about the loose slates rather than finding them in the gutter and on our driveway. Had to refit some of the downpipes to a better standard. We take no pleasure in writing this. Why can't we ever get to write a five star review for these home improvement companies who come to do work at our home?

Delighted with our new door and the efficiency of your men. Only comment why you didn't get 5 stars is that it took 6 months to come with no updates over that time as to when it might be supplied.

Long “lead in time possibly due to COVID 19, but EYG Fitters were cheerful, helpful and very professional with minimum of fuss or disruption to home life, favourable remarks from neighbours and general improvement to appearance. Came early each day, not waiting around for them, work was done in the stated time, lads where very polite and friendly, cleaned everything up after them, you wouldnt even know they had been if it wasnt for my new beautiful windows and doors!! Would definatly recommend EYG!!!

While the workmen were lovely they sadly cut through my Ariel wire, meaning I was without a telly until I could get someone to fix it. A small window was cracked but they did replace it quite quickly

We have been very pleased. I did leave a review on your Web page. Steve, who fitted the lintels was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Similarly the actual fitters, Lee and Paul couldn't do enough. There was very little for us to remedy at the end, they were very tidy and careful. I should also mention Barry, who explained the ins and outs and was very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly recommend EYG
