Absolutely perfect! The fitters worked quickly and cleanly. So pleasant. Everything went well although we do now have a crack in one of the panes but this is being dealt with. I’d use again.

Window measurements completely inaccurate. No written apology and kept me in the dark for 6 weeks regarding re fitting. No problem with the quality of final fitting, but complete lack of communication at EYG very stressful for me. Will never use them again.

from the order to completion it was not the quickest thing but i understand the problems that has made it a long job in my opinion.i cant fault any of the workmen or the jobs they did my wife and i are well satisfied thanks.

EYG arrived on time and date, removed our garage door and replaced it with the new one. The gentleman was polite and completed the job quickly. We were pleased with work. Thank you EYG. Derek Sidman

The actual fitters were all very good but the organisation, customer service was not. Kept getting mis-information. You have to sign contract & pay deposit before a surveyor comes (if he comes). Then the surveyor says can't do what contracted, not possible but you are tied in. Wants you to have what easiest for them not helpful about getting what you want. In end costs noticeably more. Wanted both conservatory & front door done together - ordered & paid deposit together. Told would be done together but when conservatory fitters came they & job department had no knowledge of the door. Threatened 'legal' if I did not pay conservatory on completion even though door not started. Fingers crossed door is actually fitted to our satisfaction on date now given.

Six windows replaced. Installation carried out in advised timescales with minimal disruption and mess. Managed to fit into poor existing windows and cosmetically covered the unevenness very efficiently. Fitting crew very polite and efficient.

The fitters came on time , friendly and polite,got on with the job, taking care on what they did. Well pleased with there work.

Had a Composite Door,and Side Panel Window and Frame fitted. Completely satisfied with the quality of them. The Fitter was very thorough in his work,and cleaning up afterwards, and has done a great job! Would definitely go to again when eventually we ever need new Windows. Was worth the wait!

Really excellent product and the builder and fitters were very skilled and respectful of our property, the contact from the office left a lot to be desired which made the experience quite stressful at times, also the salesman didn't make it clear that the current building regulations meant that we would need steels fitting above every opening, this put quite a big charge on top of our quote which we had already agreed, it felt a bit manipulative, overall we are very happy with the installation and we feel the windows and doors are excellent value for money

Poor communication when you have an issue with aspects of the contract . The product exceeded expectations. The fitters did an excellent job.

Windows look good. However a bit let down with customer service. Originally booked in about the April. Was booked in for June. Cancelled pretty much on the day for covid reasons....booked in over a month later. On the install, 2 panes were broken and left cracked as well as some trickle vents misisng....took a further two months for this to be rectified. Now they are in they look great, but no surprise they were INCREDIBLY quick to demand payment once done.

The two eyg fitters were nice and friendly and gave us helpful tips on the double glazing for the future. They did a great job in two days fitting the whole house which is now warm and quite. There was a crack in one small top window done at the factory that they have reported to get changed. But overall i am very pleased with eyg.

Really love my new front door. Very pleasant fitter and Jason the sales man was also very pleasant and helpful.

New back door fitted within 2 hours. Very pleased with workmanship and both fitters were very polite and no mess left behind. Excellent.

Contract signed in March, work started in late July after several cancellations. Original fitters made a hash of fitting steel lintels and broke 4 panes of glass fitting windows, and did not finish in allotted time. After several weeks another crew came and fitted remaining frames and tidied up previous mess leaving two panes and brickwork to clean. After another delay finally completed job late October. I would not recommend this Company.
