We’ve booked to have all our doors and windows replaced. Cannot fault the quality of he windows fitted, however the front bedroom window was damaged/smashed during installation and has not yet been replaced or repaired over a week later. The front door has been delayed and despite asking for revised dates we do not know when this will be done. We were initially very impressed when we signed up over 16 weeks ago however we are getting more disappointed as time goes on. Customer service could do with some work! EDIT 15.09.2020 Work still not completed, never return phone calls when promised! Terrible service.

A wonderful two team performance of the building of the conservatory. They certainly dealt with some difficult construction in connection with the outer wall tiles and the adjacent roof. Well done to Graham and Ricky. Thank you to the EYG for the excellent conservatory set up.

Excellent, efficient, hassle free service. Had a front door fitted around a year ago, the seal along the bottom had come away. Spoke to Nicola , who swiftly got someone to call me back within the day , the following morning two fitters arrived on time and fitted a new seal! Couldn’t ask for a better service, thank you EYG Hull

Jon & John came to fit a new roof on out conservatory, We were very pleased with the job they did and they were very professional throughout, they worked very hard and kept things tidy and took away all the rubbish when their part was completed. they worked to social distancing rules. Would highly recommend these 2 fitters, thank you both for a great job done well. Would also like to thank the Plasterer and Electrician who also did a supper job and worked to government guide lines of social distancing. Thank you both as well.

Lee & Gaz were excellent, they turned up on time, were very polite. They did a great job of removing & fitting new patio doors. They worked quickly & very cleanly. They left & took all the rubbish . The company has been excellent throughout the whole project & we have recommended them to our friends who are now using them.

Had a back door moved with a window put in it's former place. New front door also. Obviously very disrupted due to covid which I feel the company handled well given the circumstances. Good quality products for a good price. The fitter was very nice and helpful and worked well with us to meet our requirements. I have used them before and will again

Nice clean job and looks very robust I have had 2 jobs done by EYG both were an improvement on what was already there windows and doors. Would recommend

Just moved into a bungalow a few days ago with a lovely EYG conservatory, which was just within the 10 year guarantee, but discovered a few faults with the doors which wouldn't lock. Called the service team this morning. Within a couple of hours, John arrived & fixed the doors & the perished seals. Excellent service, can't thank this company enough.

Gaz and Lee, from Scarborough branch,the window fitters were very clean working, efficient and produced a good job. Giles, who came round to discuss our window options was also informative and very helpful in guiding us in the right direction.

Eyg erected a porch for us two years ago. During the very hot weather the door became misaligned and wouldn’t close. After a service call, which only took a few hours, we had an engineer attend and fix the problem the next day. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend them! Thank you for your very prompt service!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My parents have waited in all day to have their back door fitted. EYG have just decided to not turn up. No phone call, no message no one answering the phone when my parents ring. Disgraceful. Warning.. ..do not use this company....they take your deposit and are then in no hurry to get the job and don't even turn up. Terrible!
