WOW - What a difference the windows make to our bungalow. Lee & Gaz were exceptional! From the moment they arrived we knew we were in a safe pair of hands! They kept us updated throughout the installation, which was greatly appreciated. They both delivered an outstanding service!

Paul & Andy arrived in good time, they were very polite and informative of the job they were undertaking. They carried out the work very professionally and to a very high standard. They respected our property and ensured all dust etc.was kept to a minimum. The standard and quality of the work undertaken was of the highest standard anyone could expect, we are really pleased with our finished product. We would recommend Paul & Andy to anyone looking at EYG for their home improvements. The whole process from start to finish was outstanding and professional in these difficult times, Paul & Andy made the the purchase all the more satisfying.

We had a number of windows replaced by Gary and Jack of EYG on 13&14 July. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard with as little disruption as was possible whilst maintaining social distancing. Both Gary and Jack were friendly and helpful with any queries that we raised. We have been a long term customer of EYG and will continue to use their services for any further installations.

I have just had 4 windows fitted by Neil and Kai and am very pleased by Their standard of work and attitude, they did a really good job and were neat and tidy and cleaned up well before they left. This is the last visit but have had front and rear doors, other windows changed and a hybrid conservatory roof fitted a few years ago and have never been disappointed from initial sales and survey to finish of the fittings to my home, so well done EYG.

Andy Brown and Paul Palmer did an excellent job on both the front and rear door of my property. The work was completed in under five hours, both men were very friendly and polite and I was very pleased with the final result and would certainly use the company again.

Easy sales and survey, no issues there. Installation was horrendous. Unfinished. Bent. Broken. Leak. Even when we brought matters to management attention they provided excuses or blamed us/our house. The windows are poorly made,odd scraps of rubber and plastic sticking out. Beading doesn't fit correctly, gaps (apparently an industry standard!). No attention to detail,just felt like they were installed as quick as so we could start paying. We are so unhappy with EYG. So bad we are seeking Legal advice. The plus....Sales person, surveyor and installer were all nice.

Quick, convenient excellent service

Thanks to the considerate, professional and friendly workmanship of Mark and Damien, I now have a well fitted new back door and a replaced lantern glass panel that had shattered on the day Lockdown was announced back in March 2020. I’m delighted with the products so far, to match all the other doors and windows around my property. Thank you EYG.

We ordered the porch and a window in February. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 we had to wait until 2nd July for it to be fitted. It was finally completed on 7th July and we can say that it was worth the wait. We are very pleased with both items. Thank you EYG.

Didn’t have 1/2 star...... as that’s what I would have given you for not bothering to ring me back with the amended quote I asked for, even after I rang twice and was made to feel like we were wasting your time.....

I would just like to say that I am over the moon with the lads that came, they were Mick and Ashley, we have got more work booked with this company and when I telephoned to pay for the window, I have asked that Mick and Ashley come to install my new front door and side panel.

Just had some new windows installed by EYG and we we’re more than satisfied with Robert and his diligent co-worker completing our installation and their attention to detail was very impressive. Full marks for their caring attitude to keep my husband & myself safe during this pandemic. Thankyou, Mr & Mrs Mace.
