Work done well and efficiently

All staff that fitted the windows and doors were amazing only let down was the admin staff in EYG promising fitting dates and not meeting them felt they said could meet the date only to clinch the deal had to have them out twice to complete minor faults staff fitting were very good clean

We had a front door replaced we were very pleased so after a while had the back door done with a cat flap very happy thank you

Extremely good workmanship Salesman wants to sell slow him down and make sure he doesn't rush you

ordering the windows went smoothly installation went great but a minor problem on 2 glass panels trying to get hold of anybody to speak to almost impossible even tried to contact on the web i received an email back saying i would be contacted within 48 hours WRONG nobody contacted me after numerous telephone calls we are waiting for you to come back this has taken over 2 months and is not acceptable

The product is great, but unfortunately the communication and customer service could be improved.

Fitters came, did the job and went! Very quick, neat and tidy. Professional.

Nice lads who did a good job and cleaned after them, kept me informed on how the job was progressing and asked me if I had any requirements as the job progressed all the way and if I had any issues when the job had been completed they would be happy to come out to rectify any issues.

I have had EYG products fitted before and been very satisfied with both the service and the products but my last experience was disappointing. I did have problems with the initial fitting of the patio doors which were reported to EYG. However, the surveyor and fitters who came the day after to resolve these problems were very efficient and sorted everything out to my satisfaction. This experience would not put me off using EYG again in the future.

Excellent job!! The 2 fitters were very hardworking, polite & helpful. They adhered to all Coronavirus rules which made us feel safe. The windows were fitted expertly & we have not experienced any problems with them since. A first class job & we would have no hesitation in recommending EYG & their fitters to anyone who is considering having new windows.

We are delighted with EYG no complaints whatsoever the window installer was extremely efficient and fast we would certainly call again and recommend EYG to family and friends. Value for money also.

The fitters were great, job well done I couldn't be happier. You didn't get the full five stars as no one in the office phoned to say when you were coming to install my new door. Just lucky that we were in.

We would like to say a very big THANKYOU to John and John for their hard work in transforming our Conservatory we are very pleased. Their work was done to a very high standard and cannot find fault with anything. It was all finished off superbly. We would definitely recommend them. Jeff also did a great job plastering. THANKYOU. Excellent service. Clean and tidy workmanship. Not the cheapest but high quality.

Shambles of organisation, product and fitters superb. Windows sent as ordered, all the trim a different colour to the windows, and the handles incorrect too... told there would be a one day delay due to ill fitters..... when the goods turned up they actually only went thru quality control on the day they were originally supposed to be fitted...... when the fitters were “ill”..... After paying the deposit I heard nothing due to Covid, didn’t even know they were open again til the sales team called to sell me more stuff, never mind installing the windows already on order!!!

Covid problems probably meant thet the admin etc wasn't as efficient as usual - but the job itself was fine
