I will start will the positive as I’m not one for being too negative, the chaps that came to fit the door I had done were lovely, efficient, no messing about and just nice guys. I ordered the door and because of Covid had to chose another as manufacturer gone bust, totally understandable and was willing to wait. Waited for said door to be fitted and out of the three glass panels one was completely different, not one I’d ordered and looked ridiculous next to the correct ones. Rang and request they sort it and as a good will gesture asked would they take out my living room window so I could get my sofa in which was agreed. In the meantime someone came round to ask if I wanted anymore work done (nice enough guy) said I was looking into windows and a patio door so a surveyor was sent to give me a quote, no quotes given. Booked in for the door to be sorted and window for sofa and had someone wait in all day for them to come sort it, at 4pm I rang to ask why no one had showed and told they were waiting on me to confirm. On further investigation this was found to be incorrect and got an apology phone call and told 2 teams would come out immediately one for door and one for window. Window guys didn’t have any of the equipment needed but my door window panel was correct. Then had a phone call last week chasing payment which was Bacs paid on the day the door was fitted using the details they provided and I took the opportunity to chase about the window... still waiting. I’m not usually one for writing bad reviews but if it stops someone else going through the stress and harassment then maybe it will help. I hope others have had and will have better experiences!

WOW, it was quite dizzying watching Gary and Jack working. Hardly a word spoken between them but they worked as a well practiced team. They quickly and efficiently took out our old conservatory and kitchen diner windows (16 units out) and french doors in just over a day and a half on site. Brilliant. Workmanship excellent. Thanks Guys.

I was initially a little apprehensive about having workman all over the house while replacing my windows! But that apprehension and any concerns quickly vanished as the two fitters presented themselves in a very professional and courteous manor while taking the time to explain what they would be doing and answering all of my questions raised. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company, and especially the two fitters, to anyone wanting a professional product that’s expertly fitted at a competitive price. Five stars from me!

The quality and workmanship is top rated. We are very pleased with our installation. The staff do all they can to help deliver what you want even if it’s complicated. Even during this covid pandemic they did all that they could.

Time scale unacceptable, wrong size door when it eventually came, window board damaged yet still fitted poor customer service all round. Fitters were excellent.

There were delays in having the window fitted. It was only after I complained that the work was eventually done. There were problems with the window and its fitting but these were resolved, to my satisfaction, within two weeks.

The fitting of our replacement conservatory roof was finished today 25/09/20. The two fitters Jon & John were extremely professional, hard working and very pleasant. We are very happy with the chosen roof

What a first class experience from start to finish ! The two fitters who did the work, Luke and Greg, were friendly, approachable, polite and professional and did an outstanding job ! The new gable end fascias and other roofline products have transformed the exterior aspect of our property. Many thanks to Luke and Greg for a job well done !

Just had our conservatory replaced - we are really pleased with the finished product. Lee and Karl were friendly, professional and courteous and did a great job.

Fitters worked very well in very hot conditions. They were friendly and always left the site clean at the end of the day. Very impressed with the new conservatory and the attention to detail by the installers. We have no complaints whatsoever, an excellent conservatory installed by a very professional pair of fitters. Highly recommended.

Just had majority of our windows replaced and fitted by Mark and Damien. Not only are they excellent tradesmen, they were very approachable, polite, unobtrusive and extremely clean in their work. Thank you lads for a job very well done.

Very satisfied from the beginning to the end of the new roof

i am very pleased with the installation of my door and windows, Ii was completed very quickly and efficiently by a young team.

The fitters did a good job and we are pleased with the door, however, I was very unhappy about the lack of Covid protection. My husband and I are both 75 + and both have Asthma, coming into the at risk category. No sanitisers were used on their hands and no face masks were worn. They even opened a couple of doors looking for an electric point without asking and then went into my bedroom to plug in an appliance. I had to sanitise all those rooms after they had left. I am appalled by the lack of respect and complacency. I found the salesman equally complacent. The only person that showed any kind of responsibility and wore a face mask was the engineer who came to do the final measurements.
