Just thought id pop on here again and update my comments surrounding your aftercare. I sent through a particularly juicy email to your team, which listed the issues. And provided a lovely string of events. This included one of your team snapping at me on the phone then slamming the phone down (I was at work and she wanted me to drop everything) she commented at the time that she couldn't arrange a visit if I didn't talk. Strange you now claim to not know anything about me needing a visit. It also mentions that no one called me back until you called again asking me to buy windows. When I asked about the aftercare for the doors my notes state he put the phone down. All this for you lying about high security locks, a seal falling off, and the insane expanding foam (all the time actually so doors might look mint bit some of the quality might be a bit ropey) . Pretty happy initially the doors are overall fabulous and I was looking forward to replacing the windows to match - however the aftercare has been shocking. The rep who was supposed to come and check the ‘leaking’ filler never showed and kept pushing me to get a ‘finance quote’ for the windows if he visited. Kept telling me how ‘bad’ my current windows were. Not forgetting that this is the guy that promised me he would replace my high security locks like for like - didn’t and then lied and said he didn’t promise them. I last messaged them many, many moons ago - to which they totally ignored my messages. Nicola - I was promised just the same when I reported this within five days of fitting. And then any subsequent emails were ignored. Kinda shows who your business is that you ignore customers until they pop on here. When I can find the time I will post on here the time stamps of every single email. Your appalling lies drop you a star. Still no replies to emails, did give them extended time frame due to covid - but feel incredibly angry that they are still claiming I haven’t contacted them. So reminder, didn’t get the locks provided, agent said he would sort the faults IF I got a quote for the windows, and we have had to sort out some fitting faults.

A very professional installation of a new hybrid conservatory roof. All members of the team from initial sales, survey through to installation were very efficient and kept me informed at every stage. The product is a vast improvement on my previous plastic roof, cooler on the warmer days with much less noise noticed when it rains. Overall EYG delivered a super roofing system at a competitive price.

A really good experience, well organized, well coordinated between trades, well delivered, neat and tidy, courteous and helpful.

Absolutely top workmen Robert & Guy, Came on Monday to fit the whole house out with new windows 100% would recommend these two. It was an honour to have these pair in my home.

New tiled roof on conservatory work carried out very efficiently.workmen very polite clean and tidy would recommend thanks for a good job.

We ordered a replacement conservatory roof from the company and agreed a start date in March 2020. A few days beforehand the Covid lockdown came into force. The company suspended operations so the work had to be cancelled. As soon as the lockdown rules were eased we were contacted and a new date in June was agreed. The two workmen, Peter & Andrew followed the lockdown rules scrupulously. They never entered the house and we did not have to supply them with any refreshments etc. The work was completed to a high standard and we are very happy with the new roof. We ordered this to try to make the conservatory cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. From the range of temperatures that we have experienced over the last week or so it seems to have worked! There was an unusually long delay before the company could complete the final plaster work. This was caused by a national shortage of plaster due to the virus. Having spoken to other people in the building industry, I know that this shortage was real and severe. While the delay was frustrating it was understandable and no fault of the company. The plaster work is now complete and has again been carried out to a high standard. This has been confirmed by our (non-EYG) decorator who is currently doing the painting work required. Overall we have been very satisfied with the work and the way the company has handled the impact of the lockdown. As a result we asked for quotes for some other work on the house which we hope to have carried out later this year.

Great window, reasonable price. Would certainly use for all future window and door purchases.

Paul and Andy fitted our windows at 3 Mead Street, really great lads, polite, didn't stop tidying up. Done a great job, would highly recommend these two.

I have only just placed my order for my windows, doors, fascias, cladding and gutters with EYG. I just wanted to say thank you to the person who responded to my initial call promptly, efficiently and professionally and to Daryl for his time, care and attention when he visited yesterday. He offered the right advice about choices and styles and secured a substantial sale because he was professional without being pushy. He is a knowledgeable and good advocate for EYG. I am looking forward to working with others at EYG and to having my products installed. I'll review the 'goods' once they are in place. Thank you for your attention so far Daryl and for the very fair deal you secured for me with your manager.

The finished product is good but had problems from the start with wrong measurements.A job which was originally scheduled for 3 days has dragged on for a couple of weeks because we had to have new frames made to the correct size.I thought as a gòod will gesture I would receive some compensation but they are not prepared to offer anything.Not impressed with the company
