We are very happy with our new conservatory roof. The installers were excellent. Unfortunately there was little communication before installation and we had to keep ringing for updates. We had to wait two weeks for the electrician to reconnect us.

The replacement window/door is excellent, as is the new front door fitted in our old stone cottage wall. The fitters were very helpful with this non-standard situation, including install of a new lintel. Couple of minor issues, hence drop of 1 star - the window/door combination arrived with a chrome window handle and a white door handle; and the front door is a 'timber plank' style which allowed rain to penetrate around the unsealed letterbox. However, these points are shortly to be resolved. All in all a good experience; in fact we are ordering bifolds from EYG now!

The product and fitting staff are very good, Just a note older people don’t haggle enough on prices So you can like me pay more than you need so haggle.

Overall good job but sealant got odd gaps and holes, the difference between 4 and 5 stars. I should not be able to see gaps at all.

Because of the lockdown it took longer than usual for the conservatory to be erected. However, once work started it all went very smoothly. Richard came to build the brick and concrete base. His work was excellent and he took great care to get it just right. On the final day he was helped by John who returned to build us some steps.... exactly as we asked. The great day came and Karl and Lee arrived bright and early to erect the superstructure. How quickly the conservatory appeared, and it was soon glazed. Scott the electrician appeared on schedule and swiftly and efficiently put in sockets and switches and light fittings, and resited our security light. The final event was another John arriving to deal with the self leveling floor. We had to wait five days for our flooring man to put down the floor covering. What a long five days that was. Now we are in our really lovely conservatory and enjoy meals there, and afternoons relaxing. It is WONDERFUL. Every person from the consultant who first came to advise us, the surveyor who came twice, and every one of the tradesmen who built the thing, every one has been kind, cheerful,hard working, and very keen that what they did was perfect. I award every one of them five stars. The conservatory was not cheap.., but you really do get what you pay for. I unhesitatingly recommend EYG. Excellent in every respect. (And they didn't rush out the bill either; I phoned up with and asked to pay!)

Despite delayed start due to bad weather, the work was done quickly and well, within 3 days. Very satisfied with the workmanship and quality. I would have given 5 stars if an extra bit of work on window boards (apparently a different team) had been done at the same time as agreed. No word about it from the office since being reminded of it. Still waiting.

Had Fascia/soffit/ guttering replaced last week We were kept up to date with the order process by Paul at Scarborough. Lee and Gaz were the installation team. They were very polite and did an excellent job, couldn’t fault them. We have had EYG products before and would certainly recommend them to others.

Came knocking at our door when a notice was on clearing saying no cold callers or salespeople. Yet when told not interested and asked if the read the notice got nothing but abuse and swore at. Wouldnt consider these as if there customer service is that bad at the door then that says it all

Gary and Jack did a great job on my replacement windows and doors to my conservotory, excellent workers, very polite and proffessional. Always receive a good service from EYG, brilliant company.

I was very disappointed with this company, and will not be using them again. When order was placed we were given 5-6 weeks timescale. After 5 weeks hearing nothing I phoned to chase installation date. Was then sent email saying it was being processed, coincidence on the day I phoned?! Day of installation, which was stopped (after asking if they have lintel) because lintel was not supplied. Later we had a call to ask if we were satisfied with fitting. Installation rebooked for one week later, day before EYG phoned and cancelled! Got another call to ask if satisfied with fitting. Only after several calls to several numbers did I get a new installation date for a week later. Finally patio door was fitted, installer said lintel was not required, so could have been done 3 weeks earlier on first fitting date. Makes me wonder if anyone at the company has any idea what they are doing!

Lee and Karl did a fantastic job on our new conservatory. Pleasant, cheerful and polite guys. A credit to EYG.

Couldn’t fault the prompt service of fitting of our new hybrid conservatory. Very, very pleased.

We are really pleased with our new roof and was very pleased with the 2 John’s who came to fit the roof, they were both polite and worked very hard and stayed the social distancing recommended. We are very pleased with the finished result. The plaster and the Electrician also did a good job. We would highly recommend EYG.

I can't rate EYG enough. We've had facias and soffits, windows including a large tripple glazed bay window and a composite over door canopy. They've been great with us over the lock down. They have given me loads of time to get the money together to pay for my window rather than buy now pay in 12 months. I was the one to call them after 2 months of fitting to pay. Thank you EYG we will definitely use you again!

Just had Paul and Andy fit a full house of windows and doors , in just 3 days . Where super friendly, efficient, hard working even when there was a slight problem with out brick they sorted it straight away. Felt comfortable with them In home . Would highly recommend,10 stars. Doors and windows look great

Just had new hybrid roof on existing conservatory. Excellent installation by Kev and Alan. Had a problem with a replacement window, which was resolved the following week. Would use again.
