Is 26457 and name Al Hajri It was a stunning experience

One thing that really stood out to me was the array of attractive deals they had on various products. It's hard to resist a great bargain… but the the staff could be more friendly

It’s a popular electronics and home appliance retailer with frequent promotions. Recommend

I recently shopped at Extra Stores, and I was really impressed by their great selection of electronics and appliances! The staff was super friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. While I’ve heard some chatter about after-sales support being a bit slow, I haven’t had any issues myself. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend Extra Stores for anyone looking for quality items! Five stars from me! ♥️

Please do not buy from this shocking company, daughters Christmas present which never arrived. No communication and have taken my £170,

Worst electronic shop. And worst service. Be carefull customers when u purchase online they are providing only delivery note. They don't provide QR code vat invoices. Cheating to the government bcz they need to pay vat. When we ask they reply we will.send after 24 hours.

Trusted site, but customer service need more work.

Worst experience ever No one can believe

Bought a Samsung fold 5, after 13 days the inner screen failed, brought it back to the store in jazan, they staff kindly assisted with sending the phone to hq for repair. Got a report back that there was a scratch on the screen and the warranty was invalid. Firstly I only opened the screen about 20 times there wasn't a mark on the phone, so clearly the service is very poor. I would never recommend purchasing a phone from this company.

I dropped my S23 ultra and the screen was damaged. Visited the Al Raed Extra on King Abdullah road. After 2 weeks they repair it but the fingerprint sensor is not working. I asked for the technician and he was adamant that rebooting the phone will solve it which it didn't. (You cannot back everything up nor drive 2 hours everyday just to follow up on this.) They do not provide any details on what's happening nor they answer their helpline for most of the time. After repeated follow ups accross multiple channels, I've been told it will take another 2 weeks.

I purchased an air conditioner from eXtra (Worood) on 8th July, and while buying they committed that it would be delivered within a week. However, due to some unforeseen reason, I have to go out of the country for urgent purposes. So, I visited eXtra with my friend yesterday, to check if there is any chance to prepone the delivery and installation. They were saying that the delivery will be on 19th. I was shocked to know that while buying they said within a week and now 12 days. I thought of bringing this matter to the attention of the manager and asked for the manager, but nobody was ready to give a responsible answer or allow us to meet the manager, despite our multiple requests. They ill-considered the matter and very badly treated us. It was very disgusting as if we went there to buy something without money. I experience an inordinate delay in my previous purchase as well from the same store. They gave me multiple excuses that time for the delayed delivery, and I thought it happened by chance. Then many of my friends also shared their bitter experience with the eXtra purchase. So it seems it is very common with eXtra. We lost our trust in them. So please be alert and careful with eXtra purchases.

Poor Customer Service when it comes to warranty.

Bought washing machine, it didn't work, they blamed the water pressure and refused to return it and give me a refund. I requested a refund within the 14 day period. They played games and wasted time by sending out people twice to check it and say it works fine and that there is a problem with the water in the house. I had a washing machine working using the same water for many years. Extremely frustrating. Now I have a washing machine that doesn't work and don't know what to do. The customer service people told us when we called that they will come and take away the washing machine. They just try to get you off the phone ....

Experience Good

I place an order and selected express same day shipping but after paying I saw it was not there. Any more. I called immediately. EXTRA CUSTOMER SUPPORT. To. Request express shipping and pay the extra charge for it but the lady said I can't do that I have to wait for regular delivery 4 days or I can cancel Order. I asked her to change It and she said she can't do that, it was my myistake and all. I can do is To cancel order and re order and pay again and wait for my Money to be refunded 2 weeks for first order. I said I am happy. With that must be a better way, She said she will transfer me to Supervisor And she transfered me To a number with now one answer for 10 Minutes just ring to get rid of. Me.... Shame! Yes I will cancel my order And Not re order again with them! JARIR SELLS SAME MODEL TV. Be ready to wait long time on phone...nypur call is important but not to them 😑😔

I have very poor experience, I expect delivery on time, the driver called me and said I could not deliver it to your area and I will ask my supervisor to call you.Unfortunately no body call I called customer service and I called the Al hail store and said they will check and come back to me and no body called. It’s really bad experience as I need my items urgently.

Very Poor Experinece. i purchased on line a apple watch on delivery i found that it is empty and there was no watch in it. i kept trying to contact their customer care for two hours but no response from their side. in their web site there is no place to raise any complaint. Worst service and Fraud happened with me. still i dont know wether they will take nay action or not.

I went yesterday to the eXtra store on King  Abdulaziz road. There was a guy called 'Khaled' at least his name tag said so at the iPhone stand and he was busy chit chatting with a friend not bothered to realise that a customer is waiting. The topic being discussed with a friend of his was not concerning anything about the products at eXtras but a product of mutual benefit. Are friend's yak yak yak allowed at the store? When I countered him if he was from an iPhone stand he said yes and with an audacious body language he then replied that he was busy with his yak yak buddy. May I know what this guy thinks of himself? Does he have any etiquette? Is he educated? or does he think that customers must wait till they finish their buddy chit chat  or buddy yak yak. He should be fired so he can take his buddy yak yak to his home.
