Bought washing machine
Bought washing machine, it didn't work, they blamed the water pressure and refused to return it and give me a refund. I requested a refund within the 14 day period. They played games and wasted time by sending out people twice to check it and say it works fine and that there is a problem with the water in the house. I had a washing machine working using the same water for many years. Extremely frustrating. Now I have a washing machine that doesn't work and don't know what to do. The customer service people told us when we called that they will come and take away the washing machine. They just try to get you off the phone ....
