Had a video call arranged with them that I cancelled an appointment for. I received two texts and two emails reminding ME of the appointment, then THEY never turned up for the appointment. How can you trust someone with the sale of your house when they can't show up for an appointment they arranged. They text saying they can re-arrange for Monday and I have given my availability but like the other reviews in the same situation, I don't think ill get another response.
Our house had been on the market for 9 months with local agents before we decided to try a different approach with Express Estate Agents. It was our best ever experience of an estate agent. They kept in contact with us at every step of the way with us never having to chase them up. From first contact with Chantelle, then James L keeping us informed of buyers reactions and ultimately closing the sale, then Carmine following through once we had a sale, The team were really on it. Massively impressed. Would recommend.
Was in touch with Lucy with regards to property for sale and she has been excellent in follow up and arranging the necessary bits. Like mortgage advisor, property viewing, conveyancing solicitors etc.
Charlie Stafford has been a massive help! I’m a first time buyer proceeding on my own and while the offer process was a bit nerve racking for me Charlie made me feel comfortable throughout it. He’s been very proactive from booking in my viewing to putting my offer forward. He explained exactly what I needed in order to proceed with the sale and now I’m left with my mind at ease. Fantastic service! I’m a very happy customer.

Communication was great, I had regular calls from Olivia to update me. My only issue which is not with Olivia is that it was not highlighted to me or in the terms I was sent (that I could see) that I would need to do all the viewings myself. It makes sense as it’s an online service but would be helpful if this was pointed out.

I found Jessica professional in her job, she has communicated with me through the viewing arrangements. The only negative is it would be better for an agent to attend the viewings, as I have found viewers have cancelled last minute and not rebooked.

Ryan contacted me after I requested a viewing on a property online. I progressed to having an offer accepted and Ryan was the person who dealt with the negotiating on the sale price and everything in-between, no question or query was too much trouble. He was great from the start, he really made an effort to help me get the house I wanted and was friendly, approachable, didn't place any boundaries and made a fairly stressful process so much easier. The consistency of dealing with Ryan from day 1 was very reassuring and I cannot fault his efforts. Thankyou again Ryan.
