Had a video call arranged with them that I cancelled an appointment for. I received two texts and two emails reminding ME of the appointment, then THEY never turned up for the appointment. How can you trust someone with the sale of your house when they can't show up for an appointment they arranged. They text saying they can re-arrange for Monday and I have given my availability but like the other reviews in the same situation, I don't think ill get another response.
Our house had been on the market for 9 months with local agents before we decided to try a different approach with Express Estate Agents. It was our best ever experience of an estate agent. They kept in contact with us at every step of the way with us never having to chase them up. From first contact with Chantelle, then James L keeping us informed of buyers reactions and ultimately closing the sale, then Carmine following through once we had a sale, The team were really on it. Massively impressed. Would recommend.
Was in touch with Lucy with regards to property for sale and she has been excellent in follow up and arranging the necessary bits. Like mortgage advisor, property viewing, conveyancing solicitors etc.
Charlie Stafford has been a massive help! I’m a first time buyer proceeding on my own and while the offer process was a bit nerve racking for me Charlie made me feel comfortable throughout it. He’s been very proactive from booking in my viewing to putting my offer forward. He explained exactly what I needed in order to proceed with the sale and now I’m left with my mind at ease. Fantastic service! I’m a very happy customer.

Have had a few canvassing calls wanting to give cash offer on property. Never called. I arranged online video calls, made appointments, they never kept them. They don’t answers their phones, don’t respond. How they remain in business baffles me. I could not trust this company with a property if the can’t even handle a phone.

Didn't speak to Ryan, Didn't speak to anyone because your company didn't bother to contact me back , Your company expect me to trust them with selling a house when your staff cannot tell the truth? Stay well away from this.

Very helpful with I.T. issues which were initially an obstacle for me. I also found that Samantha gave a very simple explanation of how the company works and did not overload on jargon which is so often the case where it comes to buying and selling property

We had an awful lot of viewings in a short space if time it was a pity my husband had to do them all. It is a lot easier when you have an agent to share the viewings. We had some really ridiculous offers which were totally insulting and it was obvious a lot of the people who came round did not have the money to buy which was annoying. We were told initially that we would not get anybody around who had not been vetted to make sure they could afford it. Jessica has been very helpful and we realise that even though she left messages and sent texts that people just don't want to give feedback. We now hope that the process goes ahead without any hitches this time and would like to thank Jessica for her hard work and keeping us up to date whenever she could.
