Had a video call arranged with them that I cancelled an appointment for. I received two texts and two emails reminding ME of the appointment, then THEY never turned up for the appointment. How can you trust someone with the sale of your house when they can't show up for an appointment they arranged. They text saying they can re-arrange for Monday and I have given my availability but like the other reviews in the same situation, I don't think ill get another response.
Our house had been on the market for 9 months with local agents before we decided to try a different approach with Express Estate Agents. It was our best ever experience of an estate agent. They kept in contact with us at every step of the way with us never having to chase them up. From first contact with Chantelle, then James L keeping us informed of buyers reactions and ultimately closing the sale, then Carmine following through once we had a sale, The team were really on it. Massively impressed. Would recommend.
Was in touch with Lucy with regards to property for sale and she has been excellent in follow up and arranging the necessary bits. Like mortgage advisor, property viewing, conveyancing solicitors etc.
Charlie Stafford has been a massive help! Iβm a first time buyer proceeding on my own and while the offer process was a bit nerve racking for me Charlie made me feel comfortable throughout it. Heβs been very proactive from booking in my viewing to putting my offer forward. He explained exactly what I needed in order to proceed with the sale and now Iβm left with my mind at ease. Fantastic service! Iβm a very happy customer.
Lack of communication, advised wrong things & when I stopped the surveyor from talking direct as Olivia was saying one thing which was always wrong & they were saying another, Olivia called the law co & was told she should speak to me & never phoned me again !

Express were very helpful and were prepared to go the extra mile to assist and reassure me. They have delivered what was 'written on the tin' so to speak. 5 stars, thankyou! I would personally recommend them as the Estate Agent to use in Wales.
Absolutely awful place wish I could give zero stars.
Robert Peake is by far the worst "completer" he done absolutely nothing from start to finish didn't answer a single call for months lazy replied to emails they do absolutely nothing aside from take your money.
The manager Paul Young is even worse, emailed in July to make a complaint and still waiting.
Avoid these scam artists at all costs. They promise you the world and give nothing back

I have a genuine offer to make on a property. I have tried to contact Express estate agency multiple times by phone, email and text message. Never pick up, never answer text messages or emails, never call back. How on earth are they running a business? If you're thinking about selling a house with them I strongly suggest you go elsewhere! I wonder if the seller knows how utterly incompetent they have been to communicate with?
