Had a video call arranged with them that I cancelled an appointment for. I received two texts and two emails reminding ME of the appointment, then THEY never turned up for the appointment. How can you trust someone with the sale of your house when they can't show up for an appointment they arranged. They text saying they can re-arrange for Monday and I have given my availability but like the other reviews in the same situation, I don't think ill get another response.
Our house had been on the market for 9 months with local agents before we decided to try a different approach with Express Estate Agents. It was our best ever experience of an estate agent. They kept in contact with us at every step of the way with us never having to chase them up. From first contact with Chantelle, then James L keeping us informed of buyers reactions and ultimately closing the sale, then Carmine following through once we had a sale, The team were really on it. Massively impressed. Would recommend.
Was in touch with Lucy with regards to property for sale and she has been excellent in follow up and arranging the necessary bits. Like mortgage advisor, property viewing, conveyancing solicitors etc.
Charlie Stafford has been a massive help! I’m a first time buyer proceeding on my own and while the offer process was a bit nerve racking for me Charlie made me feel comfortable throughout it. He’s been very proactive from booking in my viewing to putting my offer forward. He explained exactly what I needed in order to proceed with the sale and now I’m left with my mind at ease. Fantastic service! I’m a very happy customer.

Everything Carmen said she was going to do for us she did. She was very honest and thorough in her explanation. She kept us informed at every stage, and got us feed back where possible

I would not recommend this estate agency at all. It was very hard to get in contact with them. For a while the phone would just ring and then cut off, no answer phone message or anything and when you did manage to get in contact with them, the person we were supposed to be dealing with was never there and never phoned back. He didnt answer emails. Our purchase in Doncaster became very fraught and our contact at Express (Robert Peake) did little to help throughout the experience (which started in June and ended yesterday). Do yourself a favour and just don't use them.

Felt like the conversation was rushed quite a few pauses. Not feeling that Scott was reassuring enough for me to make a big decision with this company regarding my house sale. Paying this company £4000 when house is sold but I would be selling my house by showing people around. Paying this company £4000 to do what. Not satisfied so won't be using this company to sell my property. Scot was ringing today for my decision haven't heard from him as of yet.
