Had a video call arranged with them that I cancelled an appointment for. I received two texts and two emails reminding ME of the appointment, then THEY never turned up for the appointment. How can you trust someone with the sale of your house when they can't show up for an appointment they arranged. They text saying they can re-arrange for Monday and I have given my availability but like the other reviews in the same situation, I don't think ill get another response.
Our house had been on the market for 9 months with local agents before we decided to try a different approach with Express Estate Agents. It was our best ever experience of an estate agent. They kept in contact with us at every step of the way with us never having to chase them up. From first contact with Chantelle, then James L keeping us informed of buyers reactions and ultimately closing the sale, then Carmine following through once we had a sale, The team were really on it. Massively impressed. Would recommend.
Was in touch with Lucy with regards to property for sale and she has been excellent in follow up and arranging the necessary bits. Like mortgage advisor, property viewing, conveyancing solicitors etc.
Charlie Stafford has been a massive help! I’m a first time buyer proceeding on my own and while the offer process was a bit nerve racking for me Charlie made me feel comfortable throughout it. He’s been very proactive from booking in my viewing to putting my offer forward. He explained exactly what I needed in order to proceed with the sale and now I’m left with my mind at ease. Fantastic service! I’m a very happy customer.

Matthew was really helpful suggesting different marketing strategies in ways to obtain a sale. We have had plenty of viewings for the property. Unfortunately a property in the same block came up for sale at a greatly reduced price than ours which affected the value of ours leading to us having to take a lower offer

I came to express by them just putting a letter through my door and I'd been with two different estate-agents with no success and I had more viewings with express than the other two together. Jessica Evans was the agent I dealt with and I found her to be really good and kept me up to date with everything I would definitely recommend and to be fare already have. My house had been up for sale for nearly a year but with express it was sold within about 6 weeks.

Having been very nervous about trusting an online estate agent, I made initial contact by telephone and was offered a video call with Berfin who soon allayed my fears. She was brilliant; answering all my questions (via email and during the call) and put me at ease. The competence and professionalism she demonstrated, and the advice she gave, was the reason I decided to go ahead and list the property with Express Estate Agency. I was then passed onto the sales team and was, again, extremely impressed with the competence, professionalism and the excellent communication demonstrated by Jess. I really felt that she was "on the case" and as determined to get the property sold as we were. The fact that she was working diligently on our behalf was obvious, and reassuring, and I appreciated the updates on where we were up to and the speed of her communication when we were negotiating with the buyer as well as the friendly manner in which she gave it. A buyer was duly found and we moved to the 'progression' stage. Of course, there were a few anxious moments, which are to be expected when selling a house, but the progression team did their job well and completion took place about 14 weeks after we first marketed the property. I'm grateful to be on the other side of it now but the house selling journey was made easy by a very competent team and I would definitely consider using Express Estate Agency again in the future.
