We were one hour early at the airport and called the company to see if it was possible to get the car earlier as well. They said that they would do the best to arrive earlier. Instead they came 30 minutes later than our booked time, due to heavy traffic. Getting the car was an easy and quick process. We looked trough the car and the woman wrote down every scratch so we didn't need to pay for it later. The car worked perfectly. At the last day we wanted to leave the car 2 hours earlier, so we call them and the woman said that we should call 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. She came there, looked over the car and then left. Quick process. Except the late arrival at the first day, I think it's a good company to lend a car from. They were easy to call and very helpful. It was easy to understand where to meet up to get and to leave the car.
Wynajalem samochod prze OPDO-nie ma samochodu po przylocie,umowa uniewazniona firma chce 5000 zl kaucji przy pelnym ubezpieczeniu wykupionym i 90 zl za odnowionie umowy -walcze o zwrot pieniedzy.

Place. Przychodzi potwierdzenie że mam ubezpieczenie w cenie.
Przychodzi czas odbioru samochodu i kobieta chce ode mnie 1200pln na ubezpieczenie.
Do tego 5k pln depozytu zamiast umówionego 3.5k. Pewnie myslala ze jak jest 11 w nocy to zapłacę bo gdzie się podzieje o tej porze.
Nie polecam.
Samochód zastępczy na czas naprawy dostarczony pod wskazany adres na umowiony czas i odebrany w ten sam sposob - za to duzy plus. Ale wypozyczalnia nie dysponowala samochodem wlasciwej klasy i dostalem gorszy do nalezacego mi sie (o tym wiedzialem wczesniej), w ktorym odrazu ulawnilo sie drobne uszkodzenie (wypadajaca lampa oswietlenia tablicy) z ktorym musialem jezdzic 2 dni od zgloszenia uszkodzenia. Dopiero nastepnie dostalem samochod odpowiedni (z automatem zamiast manuala, ale to maly problem). Drugi duzy problem to opony - bardzo marne (śliskie) opony caloroczne, potrafily sie slizgac podczas zwyczajnego ruszania na suchym w niewielkich temperaturach dodatnich. Na infolinii twierdzili ze w autach maja tylko caloroczne i ze one spelniaja wymagane normy - moze spelniaja ale nie czulem sie w aucie bezpiecznie.
Wynająłem auto w Poznaniu na
godz 15:30,za podstawienie auta dopłaciłem 55 zł a pracownik przywiózł samochód o 16 .
Przy zawarciu umowy zapłaciłem za przygotowanie auta kolejne 50 zł ,auto zostałem dostarczone nie umyte,brudne w środku, nosiło ślady poprzednich wynajmujących.Zgłosiłem problem przy odbiorze auta ,pracownik totalnie zignorował moje zdanie.
Ostatni raz skorzystałem z tej firmy i przestrzegam innych przed tą firmą
