ENCIMA NO NOS DEVUELVEN LA FIANZA RETENIDA!!! 1200 euros A PESAR DE QUE HEMOS RECIBIDO CORREO ELECTRÓNICO QUE TODO ESTA CORRECTO DESPUES OTRO CORREO CON LA FACTURA SE NOS HA INFORMADO QUE EL DONERO SERA DESBLOQUEO HASTA 48 HORAS, AHORA OTRO NOS INFORMA QUE NOOOO.... QUE SON 14 DIAS!!!!!!! UNA VERGÜENZA DE EMPRESA !!!!!!!

Good experience

We were one hour early at the airport and called the company to see if it was possible to get the car earlier as well. They said that they would do the best to arrive earlier. Instead they came 30 minutes later than our booked time, due to heavy traffic. Getting the car was an easy and quick process. We looked trough the car and the woman wrote down every scratch so we didn't need to pay for it later. The car worked perfectly. At the last day we wanted to leave the car 2 hours earlier, so we call them and the woman said that we should call 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. She came there, looked over the car and then left. Quick process. Except the late arrival at the first day, I think it's a good company to lend a car from. They were easy to call and very helpful. It was easy to understand where to meet up to get and to leave the car.

Wynajalem samochod prze OPDO-nie ma samochodu po przylocie,umowa uniewazniona firma chce 5000 zl kaucji przy pelnym ubezpieczeniu wykupionym i 90 zl za odnowionie umowy -walcze o zwrot pieniedzy. Nie polecam. Spotkalem kilka osob na lotnisku tak samo oszukanych

Nieuczciwa firma

Zamawiam samochód online. Place. Przychodzi potwierdzenie że mam ubezpieczenie w cenie. Przychodzi czas odbioru samochodu i kobieta chce ode mnie 1200pln na ubezpieczenie. Do tego 5k pln depozytu zamiast umówionego 3.5k. Pewnie myslala ze jak jest 11 w nocy to zapłacę bo gdzie się podzieje o tej porze. Nie polecam.

Odradzam!

Moje doświadczenie z Express Car Rental było skrajnie rozczarowujące. Zarezerwowałem i zapłaciłem za samochód klasy SUV, potrzebując dużego auta do przeprowadzki. Na infolinii poinformowano mnie, że SUV nie będzie dostępny, ale dostanę auto z segmentu D+. Poprosiłem wówczas o duże kombi z tego segmentu. Finalnie podstawiono jednak pojazd segmentu C – znacznie mniejszy, niż wymagała sytuacja. Wygląda na to, że firma podstawia auta, które akurat ma pod ręką, zamiast tych, które klienci faktycznie zamówili. Moje próby uzyskania zwrotu różnicy w cenie spotkały się z wymówkami i brakiem chęci rozwiązania sprawy. Uważam to za nieprofesjonalne i wprowadzające w błąd. Dwie gwiazdki jedynie za profesjonalną obsługę Panów przy podstawieniu auta i jego zwrocie. Jeśli oczekujesz uczciwości i szacunku dla klienta – zdecydowanie odradzam tę wypożyczalnię!
