We were one hour early at the airport and called the company to see if it was possible to get the car earlier as well. They said that they would do the best to arrive earlier. Instead they came 30 minutes later than our booked time, due to heavy traffic. Getting the car was an easy and quick process. We looked trough the car and the woman wrote down every scratch so we didn't need to pay for it later. The car worked perfectly. At the last day we wanted to leave the car 2 hours earlier, so we call them and the woman said that we should call 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. She came there, looked over the car and then left. Quick process. Except the late arrival at the first day, I think it's a good company to lend a car from. They were easy to call and very helpful. It was easy to understand where to meet up to get and to leave the car.

Place. Przychodzi potwierdzenie że mam ubezpieczenie w cenie.
Przychodzi czas odbioru samochodu i kobieta chce ode mnie 1200pln na ubezpieczenie.
Do tego 5k pln depozytu zamiast umówionego 3.5k. Pewnie myslala ze jak jest 11 w nocy to zapłacę bo gdzie się podzieje o tej porze.
Nie polecam.
Spotkała mnie przykrość a mianowicie awaria samochodu i musiałem skorzystać z 3 dni samochdu zastępczego Renault Arkana na koszt ubezpieczyciela i 6 dni na koszt własny. Zdecydowałem się na wybór samochodu klasy D czyli kontynuację wynajmu Renault Arkana, gdyż na stonie internegowej firmy cena za jego wynajem dobowy podana była 115 zł brutto za dobę. Jakież było moje zdziwienie kiedy w linku do płatności za wynajem osobiście przeze mnie zobaczyłem kwotę 199 zł. Z rozbrajającą szczerością dostałem mailową odpowiedź, że na stronie jest cena "od". Nie jest to prawdą. Nie ma żadnej informacji "od". Jest cena sztywna 115 zł za dobę. Zachowałem zrzut z ekranu tej informacji. Reasumując. To moje ostatnie doświadczenie z firmą Express Car Rental i nie będę jej polecał. Ta informacja zostanie też umieszczona w opiniach na platformie google.
Dostawa i odbiór na czas, kontakt z Wypożyczalnią również, auto Reno Clio było OK. Auto odebrałem dość szybko i dopiero później dotarło do mnie że dziwny zapach w aucie to dym z papierosów po poprzednim użytkowniku który utrzymywał się prawie całe 4 tygodnie podczas użytkowania auta. Zgłosiłem to następnego dnia po odebraniu i nie byłem obciążany ale moja rodzina miała z tym zapachem problem.
Ich bin überaus enttäuscht. Ich hatte diese Buchung sehr günstig ergattert und hatte mich gefreut, dann kam die böse betrügerische Überraschung. Der erste Eindruck war schon blöd, denn die sagten sie seien in 10 Minuten da, sie brauchten leider 45 Minuten. Dann kam wir in ihrem Geschäft an und der Betrüger Şahın hat mich und meine Familie, wie andere Familien auch betrogen. Die Geschäftsstelle ist weit vom Flughafen entfernt, sodass du nicht zu Fuß schnell mal zu den anderen Autoanbietern kommst. Außerdem war es schon echt spät und bereit haben die sich auch nicht erklärt uns zurück zu fahren.
Jetzt zum Betrug. 1000 Euro deposit für unter 30 Euro (die locken so die Leute an) oder 50 Euro Deposit für 182 Euro) Ich hab die für 1000 genommen tada ging nicht. Es stand das irgendwas nicht in der Datenbank gefunden wurde. 3mal versucht ging nicht.
Ich gleich mein Kreditkartenanbieter angerufen und dieser bestätigte mir dass mit meiner Karte alles in Ordnung ist. Dann der große Schreck, ein Deutscher kam mit einem seiner Kollegen rein und erzählte uns, dass es eine Masche ist, dass es mit den 1000 Euro Kaution nicht funktioniert, dann fragt Şahın ob wir es mal mit der 50 Euro Kaution ausprobieren sollen, siehe da plötzlich geht’s und du musst 182 Euro zahlen.
Nachdem ich es erfahren habe, ging ich zu ihm und er hat mich allen ernstes gefragt, ob wir es nicht mit 50 Euro probieren wollen hahaha. Unfassbar!
Ich war dagegen, nach 3 Std Aufenthalt in der Autovermietung, fast so lange wie der Flug nach Antayla haben wir folgendes Angebot erhalten. Keine Kaution für 150 Euro. Betrügerisch und Erpressung ist das, mit Frau und 3 jährigem Kind war ich gezwungen das unfassbare Angebot anzunehmen, sonst wären wir von dort nicht weggekommen.
Mit meiner Mercedes Kreditkarte war ich dann versichert mit einer Selbstbeteiligung von 150 Euro hab bei meiner Bank angerufen. Siehe Telefon Rechnung. Anrufe nach Deutschland kostete mich 40 Euro. Nie wieder dieses Unternehmen! Ich bitte euch!
Achja bei Übergabe auch 45 Minuten gewartet. Wäre der Streik nicht am 10.03 in Berlin gewesen hätten wir unser Flug verpasst!!!
