#1 in misleading customers, upgraded specifically to an engine driven hybrid, was given a plug-in with ZERO Charge !! Was worse than a regular petrol car. It had continuous faults, system errors, upon return the tech said, they all do it, it’s a badly designed car (MG). Opted for fuel option, i was told i would get a refund upon return for remaining, apparently this is only for full tank. At the front desk they were rude, I called customer service, after two weeks the declined to refund any nominal amount. So i will never, ever rent again from EuropCar, wish I had checked TrustPilot 1st before renting i can see why 47% give a 1 star rating. Be aware.
