I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Not very impressed with customer service. Order 000115611 placed on 11th June. I was advised that I would be contacted within 3 business days to arrange delivery. No contact received so I emailed on the 19th June. No reply. Emailed again on 22nd. Then out of the blue the goods arrived the following day. Fortunately somebody was in to take delivery. Still no contact or apology and then an email asking for my experience.

Just ordered shower panels and trims from Eurocell Bangor. Sion the branch manager and his team were just excellent. The ordering was so easy. No question asked was too much trouble, timing for delivery was great and the delivery driver was early and very helpful. Thank you all.
