Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

John has just offered me great advice and pointed me in the right direction for replacing some missing facia board. Top service and could not have been friendlier and more helpful.
The Rotherham branch had everything I needed at a decent price. The ordering process was easy and I got a nice phone call to confirm the click and collect was ready as well as a text. Nice touch! It was an easy collection with a nice guy behind the counter too. I’ll not hesitate going back again.
Was served by Andy today who did not know how to use the till, did not have his glasses on. He was rude about the other members of the team in front of customers. Due to the fact he was slow and did not know how to do a refund he served the other customers leaving me waiting. I left the counter and went into the yard. I was greeted by James who could have not been more helpful and understanding. He turned around a bad experience into a positive experience. The joke was that Andy asked whose pickup was blocking him in, I replied mine but you will have to wait!!!!

The fastest delivery I ever had. I ordered some plasterboard for a DIY project after searching numerous suppliers. The prices were very good and no delivery charges for orders over £100, which for a DIY'er is music to the ears. There was no estimated delivery times when I ordered, or I didn't see any, and my hopes were very low for a quick delivery, yet I went ahead anyway. Ordered in the evening, got a call second day to arrange the delivery and the following day by 9AM were delivered. It was delivered by Bury St Edmunds branch, which is not yet in the list, being a brand new branch. Also to mention that the delivery guy helped me unload and stack them inside, which was of great help. Thank you Eurocell and keep the good work
