Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Big thanks to Phil at Bootle Liverpool branch for fantastic customer service on 3 occasions I visited. Very efficient and professional service, gave me good advice to help me choose the best products to meet my needs. I'm now a regular customer, thanks to Phil.
I ordered 2 x 4m roof sheets online. I would normally collect but because of the size and cost, free delivery was available. I received a conformation email which stated that the courier would be in touch between 3 and 5 days. I have emailed the company, but have had no reply. The money was taken on order, but still waiting for a response from either the company or courier. Not good for a trade company, supplying a trade account holder. Wish I'd just phoned the local store and arranged from there.
Prompt & efficient. Courteous delivery driver. Very small order so would have been surprised if there was any problem.
The service provided in store (Slough branch) by Antonio & Joanna is excellent. Additionally if advice is required it is provided with good knowledge & information which genuinely assists the customer with any potential queries they may have. Thank you both you are a credit to Eurocell and a great example of how customer service should be.
I went to the bridlington branch yesterday for a project I was attempting, with little experience!, Dave was very patient and helpful.. even suggesting I open a trade account as the project is for the Guest House I own. Nothing was too much trouble and was made to feel very welcome as a non trader. Danny also introduced himself and gave additional advice. My order arrived today on time as planned. I used Eurocell as ive used them in the past, i orderedand payed for my silver lake composite de king and it was delivered promp ,actually early on the date suggested, the local branch informed me my deliverey was now in stock & out for delivery the day before , product is brilliant, easy to use,and looks fantastic, just ordered some more, great value for money, great service and great communication!, thank you, one very happy customer!😁👍
